Chapter 16

The sun is rising, the cloud is dispersing after a light rain passed

A carriage travelling, climbing in the hill

A merchant talked

"Ughmm, madam? Were approaching the road to the forests, you should get ready, this is were we seperate our ways. I am really sorry, i can't escort you any further, i am heading to Pacieros Village."

"Bigbro? Bigbro? Wake up, we're near to the Dark Narras, you need ro get ready."

Louie covered himself with blanket

"Oi, we are here!! You sleepyhead, wake up!"

They arrive to the entrance of Dark Narras.

"Madam and mister, here's a treat for your travel, i hope you can get to your destination quickly and safe, and i advice no matter what you see in that forests just stay focus on following the path. Goodbye."

"Thank you, for giving us a ride, hope you arrived to your destination safely too, goodbye"

"Hehehehe, Serenia you are so useful, you seduce people to give us free ride, that is incredible power."

Serenia and Louie, enters the forests of Dark Narras.

"Bigbro, the merchant said, we shouldn't walk off the path, they say many people lost in this forests and never cameback."

"Yeah i know, i know."

"Dammit why is this forests so foggy, i can't see even i look from the skies."

"Is there? Any other route to the Kaharian?."

"I don't think so, too, bigbro, but for some reason your, master Ran let you have this route, that's what i think. So don't complain or we won't be able to pass the forests, sooner."

They continued on walking in the Narra Forests

"Uhh, i really wonder why did that old man, gave us this kind of route, i don't comfortable being in here, it so quiet, yet i feel, there's something staring at us.

"Yeah so that is why we need to get out of here, as possible."

Hours had passed.

They stopped for a moment to rehydrate, and catch breathe

"Woaahhh, wait, wuhhh, it sure is long road, can we stop for now? Bigbro, i am so thirsty

The noon had passed, and they are still walking

"Ughhhh, are we there yet?!!! The place is getting darker and darker, i think the sun is setting now."

"The boreness and depressing theme of this forests drives me mad."

The sun is setting, while the moon is rising but they are still walking.

"Let's settle rest here for a bit it so dark now, even the torch we have don't let us see the way, i am really tired too."

"Ok, bigbro."

"I am gonne rest here now, you too."

"ughmm, ughhm bigbroo? Bigbro?!! Bigbro!!. Hey Louie!"

"What, i am already half asleep and you interrupt, s**t!"

"I can't sleep, i feel someone is staring at us, like you said earlier, i am scared!."

"huh?! Why you are scared, ypu were once a ghost, tsk, what an unusual creature you are, quiet now i am gonna sleep now."

A loud scream from distance, making Serenia frightened more.

She hide under her blanket.

When she look at her blanket from inside a shadow reflect on his blanket, she quickly screamed

But the shadow, is from Louie

"Oi! It's me, don't be scared, tsk, i'm gonna lay down beside you, don't be scared now."

"Ohhh, thank you, bigbro now i can sleep."

their faced is blushed, they can't focus on sleeping.

Serenia whispered on herself.

"Louie's jusy beside me, now i can't sleep because of excitement, oh no, oh no, my heart is throbbing fast…. nooo"

Louie, too, whispered to himself

"ohh, f**k, it's my first time sleeping with a hottie, shiittt, oh shitttttt. Diane, i am really sorrry huhuhuhu."

Day 2 in the forests

"Should we just, find another route, i think this one here is unusual, the merchant said it would only take one day to reach the exit but why i feel there is no end to this?"

"Let's just, take his advice for now, you'll never know, he might be right, besides he's been here before."

They didn't pay attention, and takes the advice of the merchant to not, walk off the path and they will soon reach the exit.

But two days had passed and there are still no signs of vast lands, only Tall Dark thick woods of Narras are approaching them

"Yo, wtf, the guy is not right, we've been walking for eternity, i don't how many days had passed, our food is almost out."

"I don't know what to do now, should we use our magic."

"No, bigbro, let's reserve our power, i think someone is stalking to us, waiting to atyacked us."

Louie got impatient as well as Serenia

"Ugh, it's all useless let's not walk anymore."

They two just rest for a bit 

They think what should be done

Louie had an idea

"Serenia, i am gonna use that, i am gonna use magic, don't stop me."

"Yeah whatever Louie, i am sicked and tired, do whatever you want."

"Ok, that motivation is good enough."

He tried to use air manipulation to drove out the fogs away but as quickly it was drove away, another fog has occupied the free space.

"Air manipulation"

"Yes, i can now finally see, the sorroundings, wait, wait, why is the fog coming back, s**t, then i shall use that instead."

He used water manipulation, then and compressed the all the scattered fog into one, making it a water, but as soon as it happen the water explode turning fog back.

"You f*****g annoying fogss, Water manipulation!!!"

"Serenia, dodge it's dangerous, woahhh that was close, why did that water explodes against my will."

"Agggghhhhhhh!!!!! What's wrong with this forests!!!"

"Is someone is there!??? Show yourself now, fight me!! You coward, don't play with us!!."

They had no other choice but to keep walking.

"I give up, i am just gonna kill myself…."

"If you're gonna kill yourself then i am gonna eat you instead."

Serenia bite Louie

""Aghhhhhhh, that hurts!!! You prick, i am gonna eat you, too!!"

Louie bite Serenia back.

"Ahhhh, bigbro, promised i will stopped, stop it please"

he bit her arms, then Serenia Bite again.

"I know you will do that, Serenia, so i bite you in advance."

"Hmphh, don't talk when you're biting, you are drooling, yuaaaaa!!"

They were laughing at each other while biting

"HAHAHAHA, ahhhhhh, not my waist!."

They bite each other, they stopped, until 

"Stopped now, Serenia!"

Serenia running around Louie, Louie caught him

Louie got competitive and accidentally bit Serenia breasts

"Ohhhhh, i am really sorry!!! s**t i am stained with what the bad guys too, i am now."

"Bigbroo, you p*****t hmmmph"

Louie and Serenia blushed

Serenia ran away. Louie run to catch up to her.

Another days had passed by, they ran out of food, they starved, while they walking, suddenly Serenia disappeared.

Just fell out of exhaustion

"s**t i am tired of this."

While standing up he looked at his hands, he saw the ground through him, he's becoming transparent.

"Wha the fu-"

"Serenia, my body! Serenia?"

Louie shouted to know if Serenia is just nearby

"Serenia, where are you!?"

But no one repond him back

"s**t, it just get worse and worse."

"Master Ran, why did you give us this route, what's your motive."

As he walk he always shout for Serenia

"Serenia, Serenia, are you there?!!"

"Serenia!!!"

"ughh, just gonna lie here then, i don't feel so good."

 he dropped

He saw a bizzare creature pulling him in 

"Huh? What is that?"

"Hey, hey, where are you going to take me? I see you are gonna eat me? Something is living here after all, i thought it is just a dead place."

Then he saw a light, blinding him

"My eyes, can't see, it so brighht."

He was shocked after what he saw beyond the light

He regained conciousness fully

"Huh what's this? It so beautiful"

his eyes were flustered.

It was a forests that looks Dark Narras forests but the sunshine from the sun reaches the ground, there many foods, the scenery is lively, like from black and white to Vivid.

"It looks, like that place, but there is no fog, the sunshine is reaching the ground, it's been a while, there tons of fruits and veggies, woahh."

There are many bizarre creatures, he seeing for the first time. The Narra Trees are even moving they have face and hands, they are called Engkanto

(Engkanto are mythical creature used to guard a forests, they are spirit who become one with forests, those spirit created from the memories in the Forests)

"That, that, t-tree it's moving it has face and hands!"

"what are those, those animals are glowing, hmmm, that one looks Talisay but it's way bigger and have claws? That stallion is hairy and red, i wanna ride that, hehe, i would look cool with that, i feel so low a while ago and now, i am okay. Wuuuhh, i wish i can live here."

There are people too. Harvesting crops, improving their homes, harmonizing with the nature.

"There are people here?!"

The place is full of abundance.

And there he saw Serenia in a strange tent made from wood, taking care of the Bizarre creature.

"Serenia, i've been looking for you, why did you disappear? Huh! You left me."

"I thought that's the last time i will see you, shiiit i am so dramatic, but good thing you are here"

"I am sorry, bigbro, but i-"

He quickly go to Serenia, and hugged her.

And behind her an old woman appeared, she is the one residing in the tent.

"It was all me, the girl has nothing to do with her."

Louie's body react on Yaga when he saws him.

"What am i feeling, it's happening to me frequently."

Yaga greet Louie, She introduces herself.

"Hello, i am Yaga the guardian of this forests, as you can see i am a "Berdeng Mangkukulam"."

"(Mangkukulam, a creature no one knows the origin, it is just they are a mysterious old ladies who appeared out of nowhere, all of them looks like each other, like a twin to be accurate, the only difference in their appearrance is their outfit's color. Yaga wores green veil with jewelries and green gown.)"

Louie asked what is going on.

"What's happening? Why are we here? Why can't we across the forests, what's all this incredible?"

Yaga told her about everything

"What you see here is the real Forests of Narra, it is lively, like a heaven in an hell, i guard them by hiding this forests real form, to the people outside, i saved you from my the system i made in the forests you were in."

Little one i am gonna tell you about a story from the past, come on gather everyone including the animals

Everyone was there, the humans who lives there, the sacred beasts, Serenia and Louie.

"I'm gonna tell you about a story of the oast, it's my first time telling you, since we have a special guest."

Yaga looked at Louie and Serenia

"It was long time ago, before the gods bless this world with heroes. I appeared out of nowhere, i don't who am i, where i am, i just know how to speak suddenly, i know i have powers an ability to command sacred beasts, i have other 6 mangkukulam who came to this world with me, we each appear in random place, that's what i know. Since i look like human, i decide to resides with the humans, they grown closer to me, i taught them complex magic, and that's started the humans to have mages classes, but unlike me , they can't command the beasts, sacred beasts are normally hunt by them, they are expensive, sacred beasts are hunted and sell it's meat to the Kaharian. But i want to protect them, but one day a drought, starve the people, since i loved them, i chose their side and command  to lure the sacred beasts and be hunted by the villagers i resides with, the humans were happy, some ate them, some sell them off, some domesticate them, the taste of the meat is rich, the money they got is 10× their current income, they got greedy and ask me for more, i couldn't betray the Sacred animals any more, so the people chased me, i don't want to hurt them back since they are just blinded by greediness, the ones whose close to me help me escaped and i fled to this forests, it is vasts that can fit the Sacred beasts around the area, so i call them here and create a sanctuary, that humans can't step their foot on without my permission, later, i heard that the people close to me, were accused with betrayal and hang to death, not only that, the human from all over the world learned a magic that can capture Sacred beasts easily, my anger grown, and call all the sacred beasts here, but the ones who are captured are left, that's why some of the animals outside resembles them, they are the descendants but instead of evolving they regress."

One of the man distributed a liquor like, to every human there, it was

"Mister Louie, do you mind, to have a drink?"

The drink is like Liquor, it made Louie tipsy a little in just one drink

"Where did you get this mister? This is so delicious"

"I got it from this beautiful creatures, this one is called, Tampa(RedStallion) it is a male, while Tempa(RedMare) is a female."

"Tampa produce high quality booze in one shot you get tipsy, while Tempa inferior type of Tampa's booze, but both of them don't damage your organs. That's the good twist in their."

"Woaahh, that is so expensive type, so that's why these should be kept to the humans, hmm make sense."

"Yeah, young one you are right about that, this red stallion, are in my care since it is the one that the people failed to catch back then, and i believe they have another purpose, other than being livestock. Do you see the Sorroundings? It's glowing vividly, it is full of life because of this animals.

"Yeah, so this creatures is the reason for that? What about the Forests, why it doesn't want us to exit the forests."

"I thought you two are bad guys, i loooked into people's souls and i saw bad things, they should be the nutrients for this forests, thieves, murderers and many criminal use this forests to hide, but there are people who pass the forests safely, i invite them here, if they chose to live here, then live, like these people, they were once beggars and slaves of the kaharian but now when they ended up here, i took them in and decides to leave. But if they chose to stay outside i let them but i erased their memory of being in here. Except that one man. Hehehehe."

"Hey, old woman bu-"

"Shhhh, i know you would react on that, but let me talk with you later, i have another thing to say, regarding to the one inside you."

"Just enjoy the place while waiting, now dismissed."

Louie Wanders in the woods

"What's that old woman problem, being simpleton, she just doesn't know why  are the people do bad things sometimes, that doesn't prove they can bad forever. Taking their lives for that?!"

"Oh, well let's enjoy the beautiful place, for now."

Louie saw a lot of sacred beasts

Like

Adarna - a bird that dies and multiply in to two, once in a while it drops special feather able to attack

Louie was lucky, the Adarna died and divide in to two and drop a special feather, but he doesn't know the capability of it, he just admored the art, and he is planning to give it to Serenia.

Next, he saw a peacock.

"but i always saw it in his former world, that's not new to me."

When it's tail flaps and moves like a hypnostic.

Louie were amazed

next one, is Amongongo an apelike but has four arms preying into another predator Baltik a ferocious Lizard who has teeth on tails up to it's back grinding it's prey, not only that but has sharp teeth glowing estimated to ten thousand teeth. Lewin moved on because the scene is so unsightly.

Another one appear a Bakunawa surprise the two creatures that is fighting, devouring them in one gulp.

A bakunawa is a dragon like and centipede combination and it's skin is flashing with blue color.

He moved on

Louie saw an infant Sarimanok getting weaker.

Sarimanok is a bird, who can fly, big as an ostrich, have two blades behind it's legs, it's feathers is glistering like a fire. Unlike it's descendant talisay. Can't fly, pale color, and artificial blade in it's one leg, only put to cage for duel.

A guy happened to pass by Louie

Louie asked him

"Sir, what happened to this little fella?"

"Ugh sir about that, first kf all it is called Sarimanok, his parents died in duel, you see here in forests sacred beasts eats sacred beasts too, like wild, there is an area where it is allowed to do that, this are is restricted to prey on someone, his parents died fighting with another parents of Sarimanok"

"The one is really Bizarre among bizarre sir, it insist on going in preying area, i don't know what it is want to achieve but i think it wants to revenge his late parents, in a duel, even i stopped it, it really insist, you see this claw mark, that bird is responsible for that, so leave it alone , sir"

"No, i will help this bird you can now go"

Louie talks to it while stroking it, comforting it.

"So you want a revenge, huh? If you fight right now, you'll just die, you saw that adult Sarimanok, you only size one fourth of it, so comeback when you're bigger, stronger and healthier, i am sure you'll get your revenge."

He saw the chick had a small wound in between his body and wings.

He tends it's wounds.
