ERIK'S POINT OF VIEW I went into the kitchen, grabbed a glass, filled it with water and rummaged around in the cupboard for some painkillers, popped three and took them in one. Hopefully they will help with this sharp pain I'm getting in my head. It just seems to be growing and getting worse. I finish my water and quickly wash the glass, placing it on the draining board. I decided I would go for a run to try and clear this headache and the weight I've got in my chest. I passed a few guards and workers on the way out, they all bowed to me, saying 'Alpha'. I nodded in return, not really having the energy to have much of an actual conversation with anyone right now. Running through the woods felt very freeing even in my human form, but my mind still raced with thoughts about that girl. I
