ASTRID'S POINT OF VIEW I sat straight up, gasping for breath. My heart was racing, and my head started spinning. I closed my eyes for a moment, allowing my head to stop before I opened them again. Looking around, I saw nothing. Everything was just white, I got to my feet, my legs were slightly shaking. I looked down at myself and noticed I was naked, it wasn't cold, and I didn't feel vulnerable at all. I kept looking around as though I was expecting to suddenly see something. I closed my eyes and focused on my connection with Mona, but I couldn't feel her inside me anymore. I decided to start walking. I wasn't going to get anything by just staying still.
