Chieften Bard didn't even notice my tone, he didn't seem bothered that I raised my voice. My brothers looked shifty like they were kids and keeping something, looking at each other, wondering who was going to crack first. We were in the meeting hall, they felt I needed to be caught up with events. I found out that they had caught Mathis, but he was being kept in the cells alive, for his 'trial' apparently. Bard thinks he's changed, thinks he was manipulated and had no choice but to do what he did because his Lycan had taken over his mind. I call bullshit. No one's animal is able to completely take over. There's been no record of it.
