Standing abruptly from my seat, I turned to face the co-workers. “I’m going for a short break, you all can go on one too”
As I made my way towards the door, Mr Kendall blocked my path; irritating me.”What are you doing?”
“Do you think you can go on a break whenever you want?”
Seriously, what is his problem!?. “I’m not the only one going for a break, Zaden. I told the rest of the coworkers to go too”
I often referred to him by his surname when I was really furious; like now.
“When your father was alive, he didn’t –”
