As I layed down on the couch. I wait for the girls to finish their discussion.
"But Alena doesn't have to shut me out everytime" I whine. "I would also like to be involved in their little talks"
But then, I could understand Alena's attachment to Ciara. It could probably be because Ciara filled the scars Julia left on her.
"What are you thinking about, big guy?" Alena says, plunging beside me on the couch.
"Are you and Ciara through with your little talks?"
"Yup, she's all yours now" Putting on a serious face, she asks. "Have you told Ciara about the 'you know what' yet?"
She was talking about the fact that I wanted to apply for a desk Job. "She knows there's something I want to tell her but I told her to give me more time"
"You'll kill it, dad so don't sweat over it"
