"So far, if seems like our safest best is to get Jax to divorce you" I state. "You can work on that while I gather evidence against Jax"
"Wait, Ciara" Roxi calls out to me. "This restraining order would also make Jax unable to come near my kids, right?"

"Then, let me talk to him first" Roxi concludes. "Perhaps, there's a way this could be sorted out without issuing a restraining order"

"I want to still give the kids a chance to see their father whenever they want to" Roxi clarifies. "So, I want to believe I can Jax to end this amicably"
