"It feels like I forgot something, but I can't come back to that place, why do I keep on meeting her." Charles thought, entering the midst of his private jet.
"Her presence, reminding me of the fun times of college, her red lips, the time we kissed, and promised to be together.
" I feel so much like a monster, why didn't I respond to her, when she needed me to listen, My heart beats, with the sight of her eyes and hands shake by the sound of her voice, I just have this feeling I will see her again but somehow I don't know why." The voices kept on replaying in his head, as Beatrice woke him from history trance.
"Omg, a huge bachelor party, is holding this month, this is soo amazing, only the best celebrities made it to the list, and omg we are invited." Beatrice shrieked beside Charles in the private jet as Charles began to feel a little bit sick by the sound of weirdly that party.
"you don't even know the people celebrating, but somehow you want to go." Charles held his head in disappointment as Beatrice continued her excitement.
"Well I know it's a party of Jason rocks and Kayla Austin, the two heirs of a royal rich line" Beatrice shrieked again.
"You know it's a bachelor party right, it's for only male friends and well wishers." Charles replied to Beatrice who kept on reading from her phone.
"It says here that you could bring your companion along with you, Kayla Austin is also having her own bridal shower for us women." Beatrice continued; begging Charles for his approval.
"Am too busy to come for such occasions but you could go." Charles said to Beatrice, realizing there was something wrong, he had two phones, one for business lines and the other for his personal contacts, but surprisingly the other important one which was for business, was no where to be found.
"Beatrice am not in the mood for this, where is my phone." he fumed angrily, ruining the peaceful moment he just had with her.
"Why do you always keep asking me this, am not your phone keeper." Beatrice smiled; realizing he was not jocking.
"Em... maybe you forgot it in the interview." Beatrice replied considerate.
"I don't have time to be turning around; I have to ask your brother to bring it for me, but if I discover its not there but with you you will seriously regret it." Charles shouted furiously, seeing Beatrice almost in tears; she actually thought that her and Charles where having a couple conversation, but this situation had ruined it for her.
"Am sorry for that, maybe it's a sign to propone my business, and maybe spend time with you, I'll try my best to make it to the party, I promise." Charles said; doing what he used to do with Clara before in college when he when he upsets her, it was only just a fist bump, but it brought back soo many memories, when Beatrice walked away angrily from him; since the proposal wasn't of love or care, he didn't know that he was supposed to give her a sweet warm embrace like two couples alone in a private jet, just them and the pilot.
Charles then began to wonder how he could spend the rest of his life with a woman that can barely relate with him; thinking about the time, he was down, and Clara would do anything possible just for him to give her a smile; he also did the same.
Those times were fun and exciting, he just wished he could have married Clara on the spot, the day of the convocation night, the night they closely kissed with confession, unaware of the drama, that they were about to face.
"Hello". Charles replied as Joel picked up his phone.
"Why the hell, did you storm out of the interview like....
"I thought you were only just a worthless company owner, but now I realize your also a weak boss that can handle or control the affairs of your employees." Charles immediately answered; interrupting Joel and his rantings.
"how de......
"Anyways, I didn't call you for that, I think I might have forgotten my phone after the useless interview, you could do me a favor and return it." he interrupted again, as Joel hung up the call; when an intriguing picture from i********: popped out.
"Hmm this is the page of the couples, Beatrice was talking about." Charles thought, feeling a strange urge to know more.
His spirit brightened and mind fluttered, heart began to beat and hands started to shake as he layed his eyes on Clara, posing closely with the couples, it was said that she was the closest friend and to a fact the bride's maid of honor.
he tried to scroll away from the sight of Clara, but her pictures became constant and every one, was more gorgeous than the last.
"Why is this happening to me, this would ruin my plan of upgrade, though I had never stopped to wonder about her, I can't let my heart takeover the place of my goals." he immediately shut down his phone, as he sipped a glass of water.
