Eric nearly had a heart-attack and his eyes nearly started out of his head when I told him I had never been to the city’s Christmas festival. With a plan to be inclusive to all of its cultures, our city hosts a Christmas fireworks festival with a different country as a theme each year. This year’s inspiration is Japan. According to Eric it is “totally awesome” and incredibly beautiful. So, we made last-minute plans to go today, though we would not be going alone.
