I wake up feeling more rested than I think I ever have. I find myself wrapped in Randall's arms, his chin resting on the top of my head. “Hey, sleepyhead,” he says softly as I stretch. “I’m so sorry,” I apologize, feeling terrible that I climbed into his bed without asking and fell asleep. “Don’t be,” he says and kisses the top of my head. “I’m guessing you didn’t sleep well last night because of the bond?” I nod, turning to face him. “Yeah. I don’t think I slept at all last night.” “I didn’t, either,” he tells me, gently pushing the hair from my face. “I’d like it if you stayed here tonight.” I chew on my lip, unsure about his offer. “Just sleep,” he says softly. “I’m not going to mark you yet.
