“You’re sure you don’t want to go down for breakfast?” Randall asks me, placing his hand on my hip and pulling me to him.
“I cried enough last night saying goodbye,” I say softly, more than happy to melt into his side, running my fingers through the hair on his chest. “I think that just has to be enough. Willow is exhausted from it.”
“She’s really been through so much,” he says, gently rubbing his hand down my spine. “Let’s go for a run tonight when we get back home. Just us. Teak wants to see her again so badly.”
