2 - FIND HER!

I went upstairs to our bedroom. The first thing I noticed was there weren't any guards outside it, which was suspicious. I had guards stationed outside our door within the past year just in case I was working late. There's always something going down and unexpected unwelcome guests when your mafia. I'd made sure we were securely safe. We were until last night whatever was going on here was happening to all of us. I'd get to the bottom of it once I knew my fiery flower was safe. I knocked on the door of our room. “Amy, it's me. I know you were mad at me last night but we really need to talk, not just about the photos but about us we need to sort our relationship out. Please, Amy, I love you. I miss you, angel.” When I got no response I opened the door, the room was in darkness. I stepped in. “I know you're still mad at me angel, but we can get through this I promise I'll start listening to what you want. Just give me a chance to show you that you're my everything, Amy.” Nothing. I picked the switch on the lamp at the side of the bed. It lit the bed up so much so that I had to squint. I scanned my eyes over the bed to see that it was empty and ruffled. s**t. I went over to the curtains and yanked them open to make sure that I wasn't hallucinating. The sun blinded me. Once the sorts left my eyesight I blinked and turned around. The bed was empty, the covers crumpled where the f**k was Amy? “Amy, angel.” I open the bathroom door and put the light on. Empty. Fuck. « Christophe ! Alexandre!" (Christophe! Alexander!) “Patron.” (Boss.) They said, panting hard at the door of the bedroom. « Qui était de garde hier soir ? (Who was on duty last night?) "Pas sûr mais nous pouvons le découvrir." (Not sure but we can find out.) "Vous faites cela après avoir fouillé le terrain pour tout ce qu'elle n'est pas ici et je sais pertinemment qu'elle n'est pas en bas." (You do that after you search the grounds for any she's not in here and I know for a fact she's not downstairs.) "Bien sûr patron." (Sure boss.) "Je veux savoir. Putain, qu'est-ce qui s'est passé ici et pourquoi. " (I want to know. What the f**k happened here and why.) "Oui patron." (Yes boss.) "Trouve-la!" (Find her!) "Oui patron." (Yes boss.) They turned, jogging away, they better find her or there will be trouble. The s**t will hit the pan and no one will want to be in my way once it does. I walked over to the desk dragging my hand over it until I came to the photos. I wondered if they had anything to do with what was going on around here. I sat at the desk in the bedroom me and Amy shared looking at the photos Amy had thrown at my face last night when I went to check on her before supper. I knocked on the door. “Amy, can I come in?” I heard sniffling. Was my angel crying? I opened the door. “Amy is me, flower, we need to talk.” She turned her eyes all puffy and full of tears. “Damn right we need to talk, about these.” She snapped, throwing the photos at my face. They dropped on the floor. “What are they?” “Why do you take a look and tell me what you see.” I picked them up and gathered them. I stacked them into a pile then pushed them together to straighten them out. I looked through them, my heart skipping a beat. Each one showed how I shot and killed Alric Schulz and whoever that woman was claiming she'd never tell me where Amy was. “Where did you get these?” She pointed to the desk I'm sitting at right now. “Right here. I found them right here when I came out of the shower. Imagine my horror when I picked them up and saw them.” She looked through me not at me and that hurt more than anything I'd been put through in my entire life. “How could you Dom? How could you kill my mother and my grandfather?” She asked with tears streaming down my face. I had to come up with something quick she'd hate me forever if she knew I killed the only parent she loved and respected.if only she hadn't pressed my buttons. “You sat there and listened to everything I had said to you when I was kidnapped and yet you kept this away from me you know how much my mother meant to me!” I did but I wasn't going to let anyone get in my way and take you from me, though before the lies spilled out of my mouth. “It wasn't me Amy, I swear to you. They were dead when I got there.” “The pictures tell a different story, Dom.” Shit, they do, how am I going to get myself out of this? “It wasn't me. I swear Amy, they were dead when I got there, it could've been anyone who was looking for you.” “Are you trying to blame this on Lucchese so you get off scot-free?” “No, not at all, listen to yourself Amy you're putting words into my mouth. I wasn't talking about Lucchese. I never would but others, yes. Please get ready for supper. We'll talk more about this tomorrow, okay?” She nodded. I wiped her tears away, dropping a kiss on her lips before i left her to get dressed. "Est-ce que tout va bien, Dom?" (Is everything okay, Dom?) I snapped out of my thoughts looking at Lucian. "Nous avons parlé hier soir avant le souper" (We spoke last night before supper) "Il était temps que vous vous évitiez comme la peste." (About time you've been avoiding each other like the plague.) "Je suis allé lui parler de nous et elle m'a jeté ça." (I went to talk to her about us and she threw these at me.) I said pushing the photos over to Lucian. He strode across the room and picked them up off the desk and carefully looked through them his face scrunched up and ended in a undinabled pissed off frown. "D'où diable viennent-ils?" (Where the hell did these come from?) "Amy a dit qu'ils étaient là quand elle est sortie de la douche." (Amy said they were here when she came out of the shower.) « Pourquoi les avait-elle ? » (Why did she have them?) "J'ai foutu en l'air Lucian." (I f****d up Lucian.) "Comment? (How? These people are German mafia. You did what you had to do Dom. They weren't giving you answers, not ones you wanted.) "C'est son grand-père et c'est sa mère." (That's her grandfather and that's her mother.) I said pointing to the male and female in the photos. He looked at me as surprised as I was when she snapped at me angrily last night. "Tu es sûr Dom ? si cette femme est sa mère et qu'il est son grand-père, cela signifie qu'elle est la prochaine héritière de la mafia allemande? » (Are you sure Dom? if that woman is her mother and he is her grandfather that means she's the next heir to the German Mafia?) « Ne pensez-vous pas que je ne connais pas ce Lucian ? Elle m'a dit elle-même qu'elle était sa petite-fille et qu'elle était sa mère. (Don't you think I don't know that Lucian? She told me herself that she was his granddaughter and she was her mother.) « Mais elle était mariée à Cromwell. Une légende de la mafia allemande ne permettrait sûrement même pas que cela se produise. (But she was married to Cromwell. Surely a German mafia legend wouldn't even allow that to happen.) "Nous devons tout savoir sur Alric Schulz et Anastasia Cromwell lève les yeux pour voir s'il a des héritiers" (We need to find out everything on Alric Schulz and Anastasia Cromwell look up to see if he has any heirs.) "Pensez-vous qu'il y a quelqu'un là-bas pour lui montrer de quoi elle est capable ou simplement pour dire que vous avez tué sa seule famille, alors qu'allez-vous faire à ce sujet?" (Do you think there is someone out there to her what she is capable of or to simply state you killed her only family so what are you going to do about it?) "Je ne connais pas Lucian mais le dernier semble plus réaliste à ce stade." (I don't know Lucian but the last one seems more realistic at this stage.) "Toc Toc.” (Knock knock.) I looked over at the open door Andre stood with disappointment in his face. "La maison a été fouillée par ceux qui étaient complètement éveillés et équipés." (The house has been searched by those who were fully awake and geared up.) "Bien?" (Well?) "Amy est partie, Dominique" (Amy is gone, Dominique) he gulped. "Beau aussi." (So is Beau.) "Quoi ? C'est impossible." (What? That's impossible.) "Pas si toute l'armée était droguée, Dom." (Not if the entire army was drugged, Dom.) « Vous dites que l'un des nôtres a fait ça ? (You're saying one of our own has done this?) «Je dis que celui qui a pris Amy a aussi Beau. Il n'y a aucun signe de lutte dans sa chambre, il aurait pu dormir quand ils l'ont pris comme ils ont pris Amy. (I'm saying whoever took Amy has Beau as well. There's no signs of struggle in his room, he could've been sleeping when they took him like they took Amy.) "J'espère que tu as raison ou que nous avons un traître." (I hope you're right or we have a traitor.)
