“So, Dorothy I need to know which cottage is open close to the packhouse as you know Bishop lost his damn mind and rejected me so now, I need a place of my own” “Well to be honest we have nothing close to the packhouse. The open cottages are more or less in the center of the pack or on the outskirts.” “Oh well I guess one of the ones in the middle will do”.

I turn to Ej and give him one of my sultry smiles. About to ask him what he is doing tonight when he stops me looks me dead and the eye’s and asks me,

“Anna why are you sitting at the rank members table? Bishop rejected you. You no longer have any value other than being the packs therapist. For now, on if you’re going to eat with the pack you need to find a seat at one of the other tables not here.”

I just looked at him with shock on my face, as Dorothy nearly spit her drink all over me. I been sitting here since I came back from college and that is not going to change now!” “Well, Anna everything has changed Bishop rejected you, and I have no more need of you except as the packs therapist. We have nothing to talk about unless it’s about my pack members or official business.
