April
I woke up the next morning clutched in Jordan's arms. The time on the wall gave me a rude awakening. I tried to break free from his embrace to no avail and felt his grip tighten around me.
"It's almost seven Jordan. I need to get ready for work." I groaned.
"Five more minutes" He whispered into the back of my ear. His voice, raspy.
I looked around my room in silence and when the five minutes elapsed, I slapped him on his arm softly.
"I really have to get dressed now"
"Good morning to you too tease, " he said sarcastically and I chuckled.
"Good morning" I smiled, breaking free from his embrace.
I dashed into the bathroom for a quick shower and came out quickly to dress up. Jordan was still asleep.
