Ella's POV

It's been a long day for me,I finished my assignments, and I decided to check our class group chat, behold I saw something not surprising to me,the video of Richard and Tiana kissing each other.

That should be none of my business,I dropped my phone.

It beeped again.

I checked it again.

It's Tiana.

What does she wants again?

"Hi there poor thing." Tiana texted as I rolled my eyes.

"Hey Rich thing." I replied.

"Well,I didn't text you for nothing, I want to invite you to another party,it is a special party for the rich, but I want to invite you so you can see what love is like." Tiana texted.

What does this girl take me for?

For some weak girl? No

I won't attend any silly party of hers.

She thinks she can connive with her boyfriend, Richard,so they can make me jealous.

I can't be jealous.

"I have something to tell you" Mr Bradshaw said to his wife

"What is it sweetheart?" Mrs Bradshaw asked

"We will be going back to New York" He said

"What? Why?" She asked

"I got transferred,,so we have no choice" He replied

"But what about James's education?"

"We will solve it when we get there,,," Mr Bradshaw replied

"Okay,when are we leaving?"

"Tommorow,,I've prepared the necessary things"

"You should have said this earlier,how do we rush now?" She said feeling annoyed

James's POV

It's been two years since I last visited new York.

Ella?!

The girl I attempted to r**e, lives here.

She lives here,no doubt, but what if she see me,she might likely hate me.

Infact she hates the fact that I betrayed her.

I have a mission concerning her.

Now, I'm back to live a good life here with my parents.

Firstly, I'll find a school to attend.

Now I remember,I used to see this school advert.

I'm attending WHITE HIGH.

**Tuesday morning at White High.

**SS3c.

"Good morning students." The class teacher said with a smile.

James applied for admission to be a student of the school.

"Good morning ma'am." The students chorused.

"I hope you had a nice night?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Have your seat."

"Today,, I'll be introducing a new student of this class." The class teacher said.

"Please introduce yourself." She said.

James entered and everyone wowed.

"Good morning everyone,my name is James Bradshaw." He said.

"You can sit here." The class teacher said as she pointed to Emily's and Ella's seat.

"Ma'am,Ella sits here, but she went to the sick bay to sleep for some time." Emily said.

"Please, when your friend, Ella is back, I'll stand." James said.

*oh my goodness, he's got a nice accent.* Tiana thought.

' He's so handsome' Everyone thought.

"So once it's lunch break, Tiana show him round the school." The class teacher said as she left.

Everyone especially the girls were staring at him.

**Restroom.

Ella's POV

I brought out my headphones.

I need music.

Few minutes later**

Ella came out of the rest room.

She bumped into someone and walked away.

She kept walking,then she stopped.

'That scent seems familiar' Ella thought as she walked to the class.

"Ella,where have you been?" Emily asked in a scolding tone.

"I didn't get lost." Ella replied teasingly.

"You bought a new bag?!" Ella asked as she saw a new bag on her chair.

"No,we have a new classmate,a boy." Emily said.

"How does he look like?" Ella asked scoffing.

"I can't remember,he put on a mask." Emily said.

"Whatever." Ella said rolling her eyes.

"Take his bag elsewhere. I'm back now." Ella said.

"Okay dearie." Emily replied as she placed the bag on another locker.

"Thanks baby girl." Ella said with a smile.

"You're welcome." Emily said.

**Study room.

Ella's POV

Oh!

I can't concentrate on what I'm reading,who was that person I bumped into in the morning.

The scent seems like I've been familiar with it before.

I'm trying to recollect, but I can't.

Where's Emily,I think I should just go back to the class.

**Lunch break**

There were noises in the canteen.

"Ella,our usual seats has been taken by that new mask boy." Emily said.

"So?!" Ella asked like she don't care.

"You've really changed,you won't really go and confront him?" Emily asked.

"I won't,you know I'm gentle, it's Tiana that turned me into this." Ella said as she scoffed.

"Ella, I'll be back,sit here." Emily said as she went to where the juices are sold.

Ella went to take her headphones in the class,on her way back to the canteen,she bumped into someone again with the same scent.

"Watch your steps next time." The mask boy said.

Ella watched in amazement and a bit of anger.

The boy left.

**A period to closing hour.

"Ella why the disturbed face?" Emily asked she noticed.

"The new mask boy has bumped into me,two times today,and his scent seems familiar,I can't just comprehend this." Ella said.

"This is hilarious,you and the new mask boy has bumped into each other?" Emily asked.

"Yeah,you know what, I'll leave that aside." Ella said.

"That rich thing texted me yesterday night." Ella said.

"Rich thing?! Who?" Emily asked with surprised expression on her face.

"Tiana of course! Since she and her boyfriend are rich, she calls me the poor one." Ella said mockingly.

"So what was your conversation all about?" Emily asked.

"She said she's inviting me to her party and I am should come and watch what love is all about. Tell me, what does she takes me for? A fool?" Ella said chuckling.

"This is so serious. Are Tiana and Richard really in love?" Emily asked.

"Who knows? That should be none of my business. It's their problem not ours." Ella said.

"Bestie with the full energy." Emily said teasingly.

Closing hour**

"Emily,till tomorrow I love you." Ella said with a smile.

"I love you more bestie." Emily replied as they waved at each other.

Ella was waving not facing where she was going, when she bumped into someone.

"What is all this?" Ella asked angrily.

It was the mask boy.

"Who are you, and why do i feel like I've known you somewhere before?" Ella asked as she wrapped her hands.

"I'm a new student here, there's no way you'll have known me anywhere." The mask boy said.

'The accent sounds familiar too.' Ella thought.

"Now, open that mask on your face else I'll report you to the school authorities, I'm certain that you'll not want to fall in to trouble on your first day." Ella said with all courage and boldness.

"Hey,it hasn't gotten to that, I'll remove the mask." The mask boy said.

He removed the mask.

"What?! James." Ella said surprisingly.

"Ella?!" James also said.
