The case lasted for another week and each day Janice was right there. She made it a point to let Cindy know that she was there every day by strategically sitting where she would have to see her no matter what. Toni also came to support Janice and was right by her side for every satisfying moment.
Jared gave Janice the respect due and did not bother her while at the hearings. He tried calling her on several occasions after their first encounter, with no response. It bothered Jared knowing that his actions subsequently led Janice to go on vacation to get away, where she would inevitably find her new lover.
