Waking up, Jax looks at Melodie, her eyes opening as she looks at him. His head shaking, even the impending doom of everything, it didn't stop her mind from having that dream.
Melodie tries smiling at Jax and fails. She was a fool. Now what happens?
"I think today, baby, I will drop Lucas off with the local babysitter." He looks at her. He can't have her and Lucas here alone. He can't get anyone here for today either. The thought of someone breaking in and hurting either of them scares him, more so though, Lucas being here watching them kill her.
Melodie nods, not replying. Jax smiling. He needs to try not to scream at her.
"So, your dream baby, did it change? Now you told me?" He smiles at her, watching as she laughs.
