Being bedridden for the past two days wasn't something she was fond of, despite them feeding her well—without the need to lift her finger to get the food—everything else was s**t. Being bedridden meant she had to stay in her room, day in and day out. The isolation was killing her and her leg was a real liability, she couldn't stand for long before it began to hurt—if standing was a pain, walking felt like it was being stabbed ten times per second. Wylie knew it wasn't from the wound alone but her whole leg was sore from being roughly handled—the lengths they went to, just to stitch it up for the second time because the first time she accidentally opened them up again and it hurt. The pain and isolation—not necessarily alone, she literally had Pinkie beside her—ignoring her but that was still company. The Princess, the reason for all her despair was no show. The only person she happened to see coming to her room, had been the maid assigned to bring her food—after her, no one else came—not even Qien or Ain. She didn't expect them to come, they were probably celebrating her near murder attempt with the Princess. But Wylie did want the Princess to show up, for nothing else than a well deserved apology she had been waiting on since the mishap. Last she saw her, she was begging Wylie not to fall asleep and then after that she was in her room with unfamiliar faces, while falling in and out of consciousness—untill she had been stable enough to question them all. But yeah, Aldith. She needed to find her and wanted to leave this bed, her back would probably be one with the bed if she stayed extra days like this. Wylie pulled back her hand from Pinkie's fur, that action made the cat lift up it's head turning towards the groaning human. Wylie had her hands around injuried leg lifting it off the bed, slowly as to not hurt it—didn't really work as minor movements hurt, bad—she let out a breath in relief as her foot rested on the floor now. Well now, she had to walk and she wasn't looking forward to that. Moving her leg gave her a tough time, she was going to be in tears before she reached the Princess, surely. 'What are you doing?' Wylie turned to Pinkie, her hand touching the wall as she stood—it provided enough support for her not to fall. "I'm going to get my apology." She hopped on her good leg, her hand still against the wall with each hop until she reached the door—grabbing onto the doorknob. 'You aren't in a state to argue with her, idiot.' Wylie hissed as she tried putting weight on her leg, regretted it as soon as she did—it was decided, she was going to go hopping to the Princess. "I'm not going to argue with her." She sighed leaning against the door, now open, a hand still on the doorknob—trying to gather her strength. "I just think I need an apology. I've been sitting on this bed for two day, my back is going numb and this room will make me go mad." 'I know you, you'll start a fight with the Princess. That won't end well.' Wylie glared down at the cat in front of her. She knew Pinkie and they were judging her with the way the cat squinted their eyes, that and the fact the were blocking her way when she couldn't exactly jump over them—she had one good leg. "She tried to kill me." 'She also saved you.' Fair point, but that didn't cancel out the first one. Though Pinkie wouldn't agree Aldith tired to kill her—her stupidity and the Princess' stupidity as well, put her in this position—attempted murder, would have been planned out better. "Because—" 'She stayed beside you as they stitched you up and when you were still unconscious. Why do you think you keep getting food sent to your room and snacks in-between. The girl is guilty enough.' Now that she thought about it. It was kind of strange when the maid brought her snacks—mostly fruits—in-between meals. She didn't think of asking rather just ate, even if she asked the maid wouldn't tell her s**t—apart from her name, Rene. And she was left to assume whatever she wished about the black skinned girl with a shade of bright green for her curls—one possibly being her age, which she concluded was her agemate and didn't like talking—to her at least. Wylie shrugged. "Then I just want to see her." 'A lie!' "I barely lie nowadays." Wylie watched as Pinkie turned and began walking ahead of her, to wherever she'd find the Princess. Wylie sighed, leaning against the wall somewhere in the castle she didn't know. Her leg was cramping up and she was honestly starting to regret this. "Can't you turn into a cane or something?" She asked directing it towards her cat—for today. But as Wylie lifted her gaze to fall on the cat, the blue cat turn a corner and disappear—not even a second glance at her. "That's rude." Wylie mumbled staring down at her feet. She just needed five minutes max to regain her energy and her leg needed to rest a bit, limping—hopping—around the whole castle wore her out. So Wylie leaned her back against the wall, briefly closing her eyes. Despite her body trying to take a breather, her mind was far from it as she was thinking of the best possible place to find the Princess—before she opted for the training arena. "Shouldn't you be in bed?" Wylie's eye flew open. A smirk fell on her face as she watched the Princess approach her. "Just the person I was looking for." mumbled Wylie as she stood upright against the wall. Her gaze fell on the Princess' arm, where Pinkie was peaceful resting as she petted her fur. Her gaze turned into a glare—such betrayal. "What do you want?" Aldith asked making Wylie take her gaze away from Pinkie to the Princess, her smirk fell back on her face—one which Aldith frowned at because nothing good ever came from that. "An apology for putting me in this position." Aldith's eyes trailed up and down Wylie unimpressed. With the sweat on her forehead, she could tell she was either exhausted or in pain—probably both—and with her back pressed against the wall with her injuried leg above ground, she was in extreme pain. Which meant she shouldn't be here at all, out of bed. "I last left you in bed." 'Where you should have remained', were the words she wanted to add but that would sound rude than their intention. Aldith was simply trying to look out for her and she was an impossible case. "Not this." Her hand went to her thigh, pointing at it and directing Aldith's attention to it as well. "I meant this position!" Wylie wiggled her leg lightly, a small smile fell on Aldith's lips—a smile she made sure Wylie wouldn't see. "It was an honest mistake, that you caused. Expecting an apology from me is useless." "Okay." Aldith was taken aback by the response, that her mouth was left slightly open. Wylie had pushed herself off the wall and limped towards the Princess, arm rested on her shoulder—keeping her up for support. "Take me somewhere beautiful, my room is kinda boring." "You should be resting." Aldith managed to reply once she got out of her shock. Her head was slightly turned facing Wylie, who was too close for her liking. "I'll rest when you take me somewhere I can sit, my leg is hurting Princess." It seemed she wasn't going to let go regardless how much she tried shaking her arm off, Wylie was practically gripping onto her shirt. "Fine but do you have to hold me?" Aldith sighed turning to her shoulder where Wylie was holding onto for dear life. "Do I look in a state to walk on my own?" "You made it this far." "And I can't make it further." Aldith sighed as did Wylie's glare leave. She smiled as Aldith stopped trying to get her off and shoot down her request, but that didn't mean she was done with bothering the Princess. Pinching her shoulder, she earned a jerk from Aldith making her stop walking as well—not like she made it half a step anyway. "Hold me, I might fall." Aldith glared—those were words she could have said without pinching her. "What are you waiting for?" Wylie questioned, both her eyebrows raised carefully watching the Princess. An eye roll and a sigh later, she placed Pinkie—now a hummingbird—on Wylie's shoulder before her arm went around her waist pulling her close. And Wylie tightly held onto her shoulder as well—just equally enough to feel her fingers digging into her skin, as the Princess' was doing the same on her waist. "I feel loved!" Wylie forced a smile as she jerk slightly, her grip loosened on Aldith's shoulder as the girl pinched her. "Shut up."
