I confess I never imagined that Barão could be so kind. He treated me very well and didn't seem to be the brute I thought he was. He took me back home and I thanked him for everything. I went up to my room, took a quick shower, applied some moisturizer, and put on my pajamas. I was dying of thirst, so I left the room. As I passed the hallway, I saw his room door open. I knew he had returned to the party, so out of curiosity, I went in to take a look.
When I heard the shower running, I approached to see if he had left it on. The bathroom door was open, and I was startled by what I saw. I froze.
