Chapter 3: 'Nearer'

488 Words
I'm hungry. That's the only thing repeating inside my head. I just woke up, at first I can't feel it since i was to much preoccupied with things. But now I can feel my insides churning. "Uh...." I walked in the hallway feeling really uncomfortable. I want to eat but I don't know where the dining room is. Tap! Tap! Tap! The sound of running could be heard in this quite hallway. And sure enough a round pumpkin popped up. A kid around seven with a brown hair and green eyes appeared, Glyne. He appears to be very careful around me yet also wants to go near me. "Hyung!" He squealed with a pair of green orbs shining curiously. He appears to be very adorable and cute. "Hmmm" How should he put it? It feels awkward being called hyung for someone like him who in the past doesn't have any siblings. "You came home?" Raphaelion being the villain wouldn't settle together with people who he hates. Giving a simple reason like 'the Academy is to far here. it's inconvenient to stay here' But of course who would believe it anyway? "Will you stay here?" "Yeah" Raphaelion at the age of thirteen graduated from the Royal Academy. He's a young and promising child, unfortunately he hates the world. "Really? Are you going to play with me then?" "Well yeah". A simple answer. I don't have any reason to hate Glyne nor his mother. I'm not Raphaelion, no I am him now but I know the truth unlike the real Raphaelion who was blinded by hatred. The fact that his Father Alexander has always been worrying about his wellbeing. The fact that his Mother has always looked after him. The fact that Glyne considers Raphaelion as a hero in his heart. They might not be able to show it but it doesn't mean they cannot do it. It was just that Raphaelion was too blind to feel it. "Glyne do you perhaps know where the dining room is?" "Yeah? Yes I know!" Glyne was quite dumbfounded by my question. Oh please forgive him after all it's not like just because he's a reader doesn't mean he can tell specific little things. Such as where is the Dining room? Where is the Garden?. If it weren't for Johel would he even be able to arrive at his father's office.? Of course not, unfortunately as the head butler, Johel was quite a busy old man. Seeing and reading was a different thing after all. Infront of him is a more detailed scene such as the grandfather clock, the easternian Jade, the dark red curtains, etc. The Author wouldn't find giving every little details fun after all. "Lead me there then". "Yes! But hyung did you perhaps forgot the way because it's been a long time since you come home?" "Well yeah, apparently". It's getting nearer the time he and Ijiel will meet.
