Arjun pov :- 

I tightly clutched my mother's hand but her hand is slipping from my hand

I don't want to leave my mother's hand but someone's hold my other hand so tightly that I couldn't hold my mother's hand for long 

That person pulled me toward him and due to this my mother's hand slips from my hand, 

I am trying to hold it tightly but I couldn't hold it 

My mother is so happy to let go of my hand 

" go son from here this darkness is not for you I am waiting for you in bright light " 

she happily disappear in white fog I am screaming " mom " but she just disappeared 

I turned around to see the person who hold my hand and my eyes open and that hand about to touch my hand again to take me away from my mom 

I make a fist and pulled the person towards me 

I am about to punch the person but I felt something soft very soft under me then I realised she is a girl 

There is so much darkness that I couldn't see the person 

she covered her face with her both hands and I can feel that her milky white hands keep vibrating while covering the face and her legs too vibrating so much 

She is too close to me that I can hear her heart beats her heart beat so fast like a rhythm 

I clutched her legs with mine because they shaken so much which irritates me and when I clutch her legs with mine she starts breathing fast, 

When she realised that I am not punching her she removed her hands from her face and starts trying to get up but I did not let her get up she is struggling under me 

I see her eyes because her eyes is only visible to me which filled with fear and only fear 

her eyes twinkling in the dim light and her fragrance 

she makes her eyes so big and see me in shock when she realised our position 

She is about to scream but I put my hand on her mouth , before she screams 

She tried to remove my hand from her mouth and look at me with her big eyes and tears starts rolling from her eyes 

She again tried to remove my hand but this time I holds her hand and clutched her fingers tightly with mine 

She takes heavy breaths then I realised my hold on her mouth is so tight that she definitely feels difficult to take breath 

She slowly stops struggling and I removed my hand from her mouth but by the time I removed my she already fainted 

Her head tilt the other side and with her head her hair also falls the other side 

I unclutch her fingers with mine and I 'am about to remove her hairs from her face but then suddenly constables came 

" Madam sir told you "they stops in mid and shocked to see her under me 

They immediately came and removed me from her and starts calling her madam madam and starts calling others 

And takes her outside one of the constable tell me 

" What you do with her she is your advocate and you misbehave with her she came to free you but you even not left your advocate and they left after giving me disgusting looks 

" she is my advocate, again it starts again " after hearing this I am so much in anger that I starts punching walls 

" why ! Everyone wanted me to free , I don't want to free I don't deserve to be free then why whole wanted me to free , who told her to came and help me , If she came back again then I will kill her " I scream and my voice is echoing in whole lockups

Kavya pov :- 

How are you know ? Lady doctor In her mid 40s ask me with smile 

" Now I am feeling much better doctor thank you can I go home " I too smile at her 

" yes why not you are alright you can go home but before that have some juice " and she left 

I felt so weak , I get up with difficulty and sits properly 

madam should we call your family members ? one of the constable ask me

But I do not want my family to be worried for me so I instantly deny him 

" No I am fine now , just a ittle weakness but It will subside when I have something "I tell them 

" Ok madam we will get something for you " they left to take something for me to drink so that I can get some energy 

Arjun pov :- 

I 'm punching the wall again and again and blood ozoes out from my hands " why the hell everyone want me to come outside "? 

just when something blink in my eyes , I ignore it 

but that things even more blinking and that irritates 

I bent and saw a crystal I pick up and saw its a crystal earring of that girl which blinks 

I take her earing in palm and hold it tightly and then about to throw it in a corner angrily just then one of the police man came 

" Someone is coming to meet you " I know who is coming to me , I felt so angry on that person 

I put that crystal earing on my bench and went to meeting room with him to meet that person 

Kavya pov :- 

I went to home and saw lots of Vehicle parked outside of my house , I am confused " As far as I remember there is nothing today then why so many vehicles " 

I went in hurriedly saw lots of my relative and cousins inside my house 

I went in and one of my cousin came in my direction happyily and hugs me " congratulations di so happy for you " 

I tell her thank you and one by one everyone came and congratulates me 

I tell everyone thank you then I saw my best friend tiya enjoying food and having fun with my cousin's 

I went there " guys what's happening and what's the reason of celebration 

Is there anything I am forgetting today and where is mom "? 

They chuckled and looks me with amusement " she is in the kitchen " and continue their fun 

I went to kitchen and saw my maa talking and laughing with my aunties 

I smile at them and I speak softly in my mom's ear " mom I wanted to talk to you , come with me " 

She excuse them and came with me and happyily ask me how was the day ? 

" It was good mom but whats happening here and why everyone congratulated me " I ask her confusingly 

" It's a matter of congratulations that's why everyone congratulate you " she hugs me 

" Mom I can't understand please can you explain " while hugging her 

" What did you think if you won't tell us then we won't know that you got your first case today " she told me by looking at me with love and proud 

I immediately hugs her I wanted to tell her that I make my mind to left the case but I couldn't tell the truth to her 

" You must be tired go and freshnup I will arrange food for you ok " 

I smile at her and nodded in yes while going towards my room looked around everyone seems so happy , 

Suddenly someone came and hugs me from behind and I know who is the person it was my bhaiya who treat me like a princess's " congratulations angel so happy for you " 

Just then tiya also came and join us in hug " Hey kavu because of me you are getting special treatment from everybody " 

Then I realised it was tiya who told everybody about me getting my first case as she also works in jai sir's firm along with me 

" So you are the traitor , " she run from there and I am about to run at her direction but bhaiya stops me 

" Always reacting like kids now go and have shower ok " I make a pout and he chuckled 

I went in my room and sits on my bed and starts thinking about today and tears starts falling from my eyes when I remember how he harrasses me today

But everybody seems to be very happy and when they get to know that I am going to left my first case they will be heart broken for sure , I do'nt want to make them sad but I cannot fight that case too 

I am in a dilema , I can't forget the way he touched me today , then I remember his eyes which filled with so much anger 

I look at fingers and remeber how he forcefully clutches his fingers with mine

And I am filled with anger , I wipe my tears which are falling continusly 

" How dare he, who gave him the right to touch me , I will not leave him, What he think that by doing all these to me , I will leave his case , I am not weak mr arjun Singhania Now I will show you who you messed with " 

I get up and takes my clothes from my wardrobe I takes my watch and earing off then I feel that I don't have a earing in my ear 

I take a look everywhere but I couldn't find it " that earing belong to grandma's and i lost it then I remember maybe I lost it in jail " 

Suddenly I have heard the voice of mother Who was calling me to have food " comming mom in 5 minutes " 

I hurriedly takes my clothes and went to washroom 

After freshnup I went down and my dad comes and hugs and congratulate me 

How was the day ? he ask me 

it was good dad ! 

When you will proceed for your case ? 

From tommorow dad " my mom interupts us to not to talk about work matters during food and concentrate on food only 

" You looks so tired " my mom ask me while serving me food 

" Yes mom " I told her because I wanted to releax my mind , I couldn't understand what to do next , i am still in dilemma wheather to take this case or not 

" It's ok girl after having your dinner you go and take rest "mom tell me with smile 

I said ok to her after that we all take our food happily and we gossips little to cousins and relatives 

While going towards my room tiya came and ask me " why you are so quiet today or can't you handel so much attention in a day " and laugh

" Nothing happened I am just too tired today " she then too bid good bye from everybody and left after hugging me tightly 

I lay on my bed and think wheather I should take the case or left the case , it's my first case how can I leave it like this without even trying , yes I will fight the case 

But then I remember all which happens today how he harass me and what happen if he again tried then I look at my hand and still it had bursa of his clutching I hold my that hand but then I remember my family 's happiness and in no time I have fallen in sleep 

Kavya pov :- 

My alarm buzzing and I turned around and put pillow on my face but still that alarm echo in my room 

I yawn and then turned it off as i am feeling lazy to get up last night I can't sleep properly but then I realised I have to go to jail today 

I hurriedly fold my blanked and make my bed and went to washroom for bath 

I came down and have my breakfast kissed my mom takes my car keys from table and left for jail 

I was not sure about the case till now but after see the happiness on my family 's face I will definitely fight this case and win too 

I Park my car In parking and directly went to jailor 's cabin 

shock is clearly evident on his face " you " I know why he shocked he thought that I will not fight the case 

" Sir I have came to take mr Singhania 's file so that I can study his case " 

" Are you sure girl , even after what he did with you you still want to do it " he ask me with so much worry 

" Yes ! sir can I have file now ? " I reply him confidently 

Sure he again ask me and I nodded then he ask his constable to give me the file 

" how are you now ? and what happen yesterday ? " he ask me suddenly and I really don't know what to say 

And the whole image of what's happened yesterday comes in front of my eyes 

" nothing sir I am scared of darkness so just fainted " 

" Don't lie " he said sternly and I felt strange 

I felt little akward the way he ask me but may be he is worried that's why asked

" no sir I was just fainted due to darkness that's it " 

" Ok if you don't want to disclose about the truth it then it's ok I will not force you , but as a senior or well wisher I will again tell you to re think about it " I nodded meanwhile police man came with my file 

I take the file from him and about to go then I remembers something " sir can you do me a favour please " 

He looks at me and nodded in yes " Sir ask mr singhania that I will fight his case and will definitely bails him out if he is innocent it's my promise to him " and left the cabin 

Arjun Singhania mansion :- 

Rita :- 

Rita , doctor told you so many time that you are not in condition to go outside then why you went outside today morning ? 

I keep quiet and lay on bed quietly and just keep stareing at the ceiling 

He sits at the corner of the bed and lovingly patted my hair " Rita it's been 2 years now , why are you punishing 

Yourself for his sins " 

I instantly looks at him " because he is my son raj our own son how can I forget my son and now I could not able to take his distance , i dont have energy now raj I d.. don't...have " and tears starts falling from my eyes 

He stands up and about to go but he stops in mid and tell me " I have heard that Government decides to review unsolved cases pertaining to prisoners as a goodwill gesture so there are chance thay he may too come out " and left 

After hearing I felt so happy that 

Finally i got the result of my prayers I joined hands and thank god 

Kavya pov :- 

Kavya you came so early today ? Mom ask me when I come back home 

Yes mom I am just gone to take file of a case I tell her but she stops me and casually ask me while watching television " by the way I forget to ask you Whose case have you got? " 

Now I am in dilemma wheather to tell mom or not 

Mom ask me again and this time with most serious expressions " no one important mom just a normal case " 

she said ok and again starts watching television 

" Mom I am going upstairs to study case please ask everyone not to disturb me " 

She nodded and I went to my room , I changed my clothes and sits at my study table with head down and relaxed a little " thank you god you save me today " 

Then I get up from the chair and take out mr singhania's file from my bag , His name was written on the file in big letters " Mr arjun Singhania " 

I open the file and saw all the details of him written in the file , I read each and every point very carefuly

I have heard about this case during last year of my college days But at that time I did not pay so much attention on that case 

Because that case is crystal clear as police arrest him from the crime place and he too had accepted his crime , so this case did not have been taught or discussed in our law classes 

It was just popular because Singhania's is a big name in the Businesces world and that year Arjun Singhiani also got the award of Best Businesses

I turned a page and saw his picture which amaze me completey he is in three piece looking extremely handsome , his eyes twinkles like a star , perfect musculaine body , overall he looks like a Greek god completely opposite what I magine that day then I remember I only saw his eyes 

But then I remember what he do with me " No matter how much he looks good , but in real he is the monster who is criminal too then I hit my head slowly 

You are his lawyer and still calls him criminal , he can't be criminal otherwise jai sir will never take his case I tell to myself 

I again reads file very carefully and makes a important points and write down in my notepad 

While I was immeresd In my study mom called me for dinner but I told her " mom I will have it later you guys carry on " 

But mother is mother she came with my dinner in room " mom I will have it later why you bring my food upstairs " 

" It's ok baby , have your food in your room by the way don't neglect your health because of work , I know it's your first case thats why you have more pressure on you but take care of your health too 

" Yes boss " then she about to left the room but then she stops and takes my hand in her and ask m how it happened ? 

I look at my hand, there is little bit swelling of syringe I immediately removed my hand from her hand

" This mom......this is nothing ... actually My hand hit the table today morning hence , swelled up little but don't worry it is painless and will subside in morning " 

Mom convinced with my answer and tell me " take care of yourself girl you are big now and still keeps falling and hiting here and there "

"I will don't worry then she left after kissing my forhead " I look at my hand just because of him I Had to lie to my mom 

I got up from my chair and takes out the medicine from it and starts applying medicine on my swelling 

And starts thinking again about the yesterday the way he holds me and especially his eyes , his eyes is having so much anger and hatred , he looks me as if he will eaten me if I won't go from there , god ! Where did I have put in myself ? 

While reading the file I saw a statement of his father and i am shocked so much , his father is the one who gives statment against him 

I am surprised how can a father gives a statement against her own child is he really murdered ? 

I need to talk to Arjun to find the truth , I have to meet him tomorrow to proceed further , I don't have much time you have to tell me mr arjun Singhania you can't scared me I will find out the truth 

Arjun pov :- 

Police constable gave me food and then placed ladder on the side of wall to open the window 

While opening the window he talks to me " Today, seeing that girl, it seemed that she would free you from jail " 

I ignore him and starts having my food 

" Girl that girl who is your lawyer it seemed that she would free you from here , i think she really like what you do with her maybe that's why she come back today, is she too reciprocate with you ? and laughs 

he got down from ladder and starts narrating about her to me 

" I am surprised that she is still fighting your case , don't trouble her I mean trouble her but after coming out of the jail by the way I don't know that you are that much fast , you took her under you and that too on the first day, But It is not your fault too It's Fault of her beauty her flawless body that any one can slips , I too never seen anyone as beautiful as her in my whole life " 

I'm ignoring him completely and having my food " don't trouble her infact helps her so that you can come out then you can have her easily " then he left

I got up and drank water from the pot and again sits down and look at the moon after many days I saw moon and stars which are twinkling in the sky 

Arjun keep looking at the moon and there kavya also looking at the moon from her window
