Today court premises is full of media person , court is surrounded by heavy security , 

There are several news channel which are given live status about the case " welcome to our news channel today , today is the day which will prove whether Arjun Singhania's the heir of singhania industry is guilty or innocent " 

The other news channel " And If he is not guilty then what will be the reason that he confessed his crime and if you want to know then stay with us on our news chanel " 

Every news channel shows arjun singhania 's news and then suddenly three car came which is surrounded by very heavy security , 

And In one of the car , mr singhania came outside with his daughter and wife and by looking at singhania family , media bombers them with their questions , 

But they immediately stop by the security and security starts taking them inside the court with saftey , 

And then kavya his lawyer also came 

Singhania family stops and turns around when they heard

" finally miss kavya Sharma also came let's ask her what she will today as this is her last chance to prove his innocence " 

And starts asking questions to kavya but stoped by security and security also takes her inside the court , 

When rita singhania look at kavya she shock and came to her raj and meera are surprised by her behaviour , 

She suddenly came and hug kavya tightly and tell her , 

Now, I don't have any doubt on my son's bail I know you will take him out of the jail, 

Kavya :- 

I was shocked completely when I knew that she is arjun singhania 's mother , 

I hug her too and patt her back lovingly because she is crying so much and tell me again and again 

" I know you will take out my son from the jail god always bless you kid , you know I wait for this day from two year , I don't remember that how many temples I visited just for my son and then finally god sends the angel for my son " 

She keep praising me and I feel so bad for her that when she see me doing nothing for her son I know she will be very hurt and then her all prasings turns into hatred for me , 

I wipe her tears and tell her " don't worry aunty I will try my best to take him out of the jail and don't cry " 

She looks at me and smile suddenly mr singhania along with a beautiful cute girl come to us , 

" Do you know her rita " mr singhania ask aunty by looking at me , 

" Raj she is same girl whom I met in a orphanage Remember I told you about her " she tell him with so much excitement 

I tell him hello and shake hands with him " nice to meet you sir " 

He put hand on my head and bless me and I feel so god that a billionaire or I can say multi-billionare gives me blessings , 

I smile at him and then look at the girl who came with them but she is not looking at me and avoiding me suddenly aunty tell me 

" Kavya she is meera Singhania , younger sister of arjun " I pass a smile to her but I think both sister and brother are born arrogant because she just ignored me when I pass smile to her , 

And then she goes inside with her dad but aunty tell me in ear " don't mind her , she react like this when she saw someone more beautiful then her " and me and she starts laughing and starts moving inside the court 

Aunty looks so releaxed and happy when she know that I am his attorney and I feel so stress now what happen when I will not say a word inside the court , 

We all goes inside the court and suddenly arjun also came with police man in same arrogant aura , 

Then he hears his mother and sister but instead of being happy he looks at them with so much anger and I am shocked by looking at him is he really a human or a devil ? 

According to the record he meet his sister after two year and still look at them with anger he is such a monster , 

I don't know if he can react like this with his family like this then if I didn't know what he would to me if I didn't listen him , 

Arjun prov :- 

I enter inside the jail and I feel so angry by coming here again and again all of sudden I saw dad along with meera and mom 

Both meera and mom are crying so much by looking at me and I feel so angry by looking at them crying because of me , 

" Why the hell dad take them here " I look at dad angrily but dad look at me and I understand that they wouldn't listen to dad otherwise dad will never bring them here , 

I look at mom after two year I feel so strange in my heart by looking at her crying and meera my little princess who never cry because I teach her never cry she too crying by looking at me , 

And I hate myself because I starts feeling by looking at my family infront of her crying for me , 

" Sir we have to stand there " one of the police man tell me in my ear , 

I starts going with them and meera and mom starts crying more by looking me going but dad console them , 

I stand at my place but keep looking at my family after so many days ,

I used to meet dad sevral time in jail because of discussion about bussiness matters and deals but not with meera and mom, I look at them after complete two years, 

My mom still crying and dad and meera continuously crying but she just doesn't stop suddenly kavya get up from her place and goes to mom and hug her and tell her something and mom starts smiling all of sudden , 

And I am surprised by looking at them and their bonding " when they bond with each other ? Has mom met her before ? But when ? And I got so angry on my men who even can't know about when she met with my mom , 

Kavya after consoling mom come back to her place and mom looks normal now and I look angrily at kavya but she looks somewhere else and avoiding me , 

Judge came and all stands up in his respect , 

Kavya prov :- 

I feel so many things right now , ibam in dilemma what should I do , should I listen to him or my inner voice ? 

Judge ask me and opponent to proceed and my opponent stands up and tell to court

" your honor I already submitted everything in court yesterday along with statment of witnesses so as court already know that my opponent didn't object a single objection yesterday that means she already accept her defeat " she looks at me with so much attitude and ignorance

Then I hear meera because they sit just beside me , telling rita aunty

" I think you expect so much from her see she is not worth it at all , that's why dad always tell you don't expect so much so soon mom " 

But rita aunty oppose her "and always your dad proves wrong I know about my choice and it's ok if she doesn't speak yesterday now you will see how she will get your brother out of the I know her already she is confident and good lawyer and I have full trust on her he will take out my arjun from jail " 

My opponent sit on her place and I know know Judge will tell me to proceed , 

I close my eyes and look everything that how my mom, dad ,bhaiya ,tiya, Rita aunty, jai sir , tell me that they are very sure about me and suddenly I saw my grandma's who tell me

" my kavu will never aside with false she will always stands with truth no matter how difficult to prove truth but she always stands up with truth" and that's it I know what I have to do now I open my eyes , I feel that I have got energy , 

I stands up with full confidence and tell " your honour I wanted to call my first witness who is eye witness of this case Mr Raj singhania in witness box " 

" permission granted " judge said and I stand near the witnesse box 

" So mr Singhania may I know what is your relation with my client " I ask him 

" He is my son " he tell me with so much proffesionalism

" And you still gives statement against him , Is your son is a very careless , gambler and bad son that's why you gave a statement against him " I ask him and my opponent stands up suddenly and tell 

" My honour she can't talk like this to such a respected bussiness man of county like this " 

" Objection overruled " judge tell her and she sit down 

" Thank you my lord so yes mr singhania please tell me is he ? " I ask him 

" No, my son is very responsible son as well as good businessman " he tell us with confidence 

" So why you give statement against him " I ask him 

" Because I saw him with sasha that's why I give statement against him " he tell and I interupted 

" What you said Mr singhania you look my client with sasha or you look him pushing sasha from the cliff ?" And suddenly he looks confused and I hear lots of voice in court , I ask him again , 

" No , I just look at them talking with each other " he tell me and again I ask him , 

" Then why are you not going to them and try to explain them that don't fight with each other " I tell him and he said 

" Because they are not fighting with each other they just talking with each other casually " and that's it I proove first witness wrong ,

Then judge ask my opponent but she said " no objection my lord " and look at me angrily , 

" Thank you so much mr singhania " and he left the witness box 

Everyone starts claping for me but judge stop them and then one by one I prove everything wrong now only two things are left , 

One is the four witnesses and cctv footage which show he is culprit , 

I called four witnesses in a witness box and ask them questions and proved that they are friends and used to live together and gives Statement against of arjun just because of money , 

And show the clip which I shoot with jai sir when I went to meet them in their house , 

In this clip jai sir told them to be false witness for him and they accepted it but when jai sir ask him about their experiences firstly they did not tell anything but when jai sir try to manipulate them they tell the truth that they become false witness against of arjun singhania in the coust so they are very experienced, 

And by looking at footage they starts crying and police arrest them and the next thing which is cctv footage , 

I play the cctv footage in the court and tell judge that this footage take from a direction where it looks like my client is pushing her from the cliff 

But just then my opponent stands up and tell " your honour it's miss kavya's thinking and we all know Court only work on the basis of proofs not on someone's thinkings " 

" Yes miss kavya if you have proof that this cctv footage is wrong then you have to present a strong proof against it " judge ask me and I stand up and look at everyone , 

My opponent is smiling and meera is looking at me angrily and rita aunty looks so sad ,

" Yes sir I have a proof I wanted to show the court something I take sevral photos from my table and present in the court along with a video " 

Judge and my opponent starts looking at the photograph and video.
