Bryan steps up to take the last shot of the test.
The ball is shot towards him in a very curved angle
Bryan chuckles has he felt he was training with his grandfather, he glanced at the goalpost at aimed for a low shot,
So as not to cause attention towards him he didn't use more than 5 percent of his shooting power and scored a simple goal.
He grinned as said yes I made team.
He then waited for the test to end and for them to move to the next stage.
They were only 10 candidates left.
Most of them thought it was over and felt relieved, not knowing there is still a secret test awaiting them.
Bryan tried to calm him self from the excitement and trying to figure out what next.
The football team then appeared on the field and introduced themselves.
They stated that the last test was a secret test and if they don't pass they won't make the team and only a maximum of 5 people will pass.
The test was that they will each take a balloon and the lake town team too will take a balloon all of them will write their names on the balloon and put it in the club room the first five people to find their Ballon will be picked but the football team will not participate. They all went in searching but Bryan was patient and using his eyes to search for the balloon
He then took a balloon of another candidate and gave it to him so as to reduce the number of the balloons, three other people used his method and one other candidate gave him his balloon and he said thank you and he helped the other candidate find his. They left the room.
The candidate said I am miles James what's your name?
Am Bryan it's a pleasure to meet you.
As they left the trainer ended the test and the candidate lined up and the ones that got their balloons from others were eliminated for not contributing to the team.
The remaining five were approved and Bryan was amongst them he then shake hands with Ryan and introduced Miles to him.
Ryan meet Miles he was the one that helped me pass, miles meet Ryan my friend. They both exchanged greetings.
The team was called together by the coach and gave them a proper orientation.
He said you all know that this team was one a major powerhouse team and we all dream that we would be able to achieve that and with the freshers(New Members) joining us we will be stronger and more proficient in games.
The coach ended the speach and the players welcomed each other and greeted themselves. The coach added that they will be playing a game against the neighboring city and that they should come for training regularly on the four days of the week.
Ryan, Miles and Bryan became a very close friends.
Miles was a first year student, dark tall and with a good physique.
On Monday after school, they all started training and the coach walked in and said here is a list of all the squad members and their positions I have given them.
Bryan thought the team consisted of 16 players before but know we are 21, I have to earn my spot on the first team

Bryan seemed surprised and walked up to Ryan and said I never knew you also played on the right wing.
Ryan laughed and said I guess you have to beat me to win my spot.
Bryan just laughed and they went back to training.
After the training ended
Coach says, OK listen up guys your next training will be on Wednesday, Friday and
Saturday. The main match is on Sunday and a lot of people from both cities are coming to watch cause it's been a long time we accepted a friendly. So y'all should be on your best form.
They all dispersed
While going home Ryan, Bryan and miles kept talk about the match.
Ryan says, you two better make it to the first team, I want to see your playing style and your weakness.
Miles replied am gonna be the ace of this team as your center forward am gonna lead you to victory.
Ryan replies, laughing while saying don't chew more than you can bite make it to the starting eleven, before you even think about leadership.
Bryan then said, I will be on that starting eleven and this will be my ticket for becoming the World Best Player.
All of them laughed and all went home
After school on Thursday coach called a meeting in the club room and told them that the match will be played at one of the small nearby field and the students were to come early, so they can meet up with the team bus.
Friday training session ended as coach came in with the club manager
She was a young fair lady, wearing a blue training outfit. She greeted everyone
Has she entered,
The air on the training ground seemed different from few minutes ago as all the boys started complimenting her.
Then Ryan shouted where are our respect, aren't we supposed to greet
They all greeted and everything seemed to be normal
Miles kept on describing her to Bryan saying, I think she is an angel with her blue eyes, her braided hair with a jade hair clip, her shape is like that of a model and she even looks like a an athlete,
He sighs and says I even can see her halo....
Bryan just kept on chuckling cause while Miles was daydreaming Ryan was right behind him and ready to scold him.
The coach called the group together and brought in a box.
These are the training jerseys for the friendly match.
They all picked their jerseys and tested it
The coach added these are not the team jerseys but only the training jerseys.
Ryan puts on his jersey and checked out the number behind and said ohh it's still my normal number.
Bryan said wow your shirt number is 7 you really play a big role on this team
Miles wore his and asked guys what do you think, soon this number 20 will become 9 as the ace of this team.
They all laughed as Bryan puts on his
I guess am a number behind you Miles
He said as he was wearing number 19
They all sat as coach explained the tactics the team played and showed them videos of the opposition and explained their style of play.
Saturday morning
Bryan had already gotten to the training ground very early
As he breached the gates, he found out that he wasn't the only player pumped up for the match.
He greeted Good morning guys
Has he saw miles and Ryan already on the training grounds
He joined them as the coach and club manager walked in.
Then they called a brief meeting saying
I am sorry to inform you that Peculiar Laden has fallen I'll and he is the only left winger we have
Ryan says well that isn't a problem I can play left wing
The coach replied who will play right wing
Ryan says Bryan can play that wing and moreover he is faster than peculiar
The coach sighed and said a boy this match depends on you and your performance don't let us down
Ryan smiled at him and gave him a thumbs up
Bryan then told Ryan
Next time I will earn this spot a prove that I worth it.
Sunday morning
They all lineup as the coach calls their names to check if they are all available
They all sat in the bus and started moving to the match grounds
The coach gave a briefing about their match and urge them to do their best and the club manager gave a thumbs up to boost their confidence.
They arrived at the venue and made their way to the dressing room while the coaches greeted each other
Ryan then gave the team a confidence boost and said you all know that the opposition will underestimate us cause we have been a losing team over the years but this changes today, we are gonna dominate, be the best of the best and show them what we really are out there
They all cheered as the come out of the dressing room and made way to the pitch.
The university they were playing was Rousseau university and they have a good reputation in their sports.
The team was on their way to the pitch
Bryan said to himsef saying I have to conquer this Next Challenge
Will Bryan and Lake town University win or will they lose to the Rousseau university.
