Evelyn POV Laura takes me to a bar in the dead center of the city. Music is blaring as we pull up, so loud that it shakes the car's windows. My ears are pounding from the bass, and I can already feel a headache coming on. “Where are we?” I ask, looking around at the mass of people lined up. “The hottest club on the main street,” she says excitedly. I remember Thaddeus' warning about staying away from this area.
