Thaddeus POV
I follow Ryland inside the house while Orion ducks off to grab towels.
“Our bathroom or the main?” He asks, looking at me.
“Ours,” I tell him, and I follow him upstairs. Walking past Mara's room, I stick my head in the door to check on her. She is still tucked in her bed, sound asleep. As I close the door, I see Orion walking up the stairs toward me.
“Is she good?” he asks, looking at the door.
“Yeah, she is asleep.”
“I need help,” I hear Ryland call out from the bedroom.
I walk in and follow him into the bathroom. “Stand her up,” I tell him, and he does, holding her against him, her head lays heavily against his chest, arms floppy by her side.
