Evelyn POV I am woken by the sun coming up, lighting up the backs of my eyelids. I look around my surroundings only to find Ryland next to me, and I am leaning on him inside the shed. How did I not wake up when they moved me? The answer is Orion, who is sitting across from me, staring at me, and I can feel the fog lift off me. “You didn't come home,” he says simply. I sit up, my back cracking from the awkward position I was in. “Yeah, not like any of you want me there,” I tell him hopping up. “I thought you were destroying them; you could have just told me,” he says. “Like I could get a word in with you screaming at me, you didn’t give me a chance to explain,” I tell him, walking to the shed's roller door and looking out at what is left out here. “Why did you come here?” Orion asks
