3rd POV:
Jacob wanted to get things clear with Jim and make him more familiar with nature of Jacob, so he ordered him to be left alone in the office but seeing the condition of the smaller he knew that before he could say anything, he needed to calm Jim, who looked like he was about to be murdered.
"Jim", he started the conversation by addressing him.
Jim just kept his head low, not answering him which made him annoyed.
"Answer me damn it", he slightly shouted making the smaller flinch.
