I felt nervousness stream into my system as she looked into my eyes, I halted in my steps I just stood staring and looking back into those mesmerizing eyes the things she makes me feel, the things that happens to me when she's around, a feeling I've never felt before . . . and just by her eyes.
Ellie's pov
what was President Lin doing in BT corporation no wonder dad was happy through out the ride here, I patrolled the company again and even had discussions with some workers, I decide to head to the down floor to see grace maybe she could keep me company till President Lin was done taking away my dad's attention from me.
Here's another reason to hate him the more and I do hate him.
I head to the elevator and then I saw those blue eyes accompanied with that handsome face, he looked like a work of art and how could such a person be bad.
But he was.
I look back at him just as he looked at me although I had no idea why he kept on staring at me ever since he arrived, it was that kind of attention I wanted from daddy but he was so busy today he didn't spend time with me the way I hoped we would . . . he promised to at least show me around.
Matthew's pov
The reaction my brother made at the sight of this girl really surprised me, twice since we arrived I've notice the prolonged eye contact between him and President Ben's daughter. Although she was always giving him disgust looks and glares he gave her the soft looks a boyfriend would give to his girlfriend and now he asked for her?.
Something was definitely going on
I watch as they stare at each other and then gave a little chuckle, my brother pinched me hard. I close my eyes enduring the pain so I don't scream in front of this my cute, adorable soon to be sister-in-law.
" shut your mouth Matthew " he whispered
" says who?" I whisper back

" I get it you don't like talking too much . . . I can't believe you're my brother "
" me too " he mumbled.
" so I'm guessing you are president Ben's daughter what's your name " I ask .
" I don't talk to strangers " she crossed her hand over her chest looking in the other direction .
" I'm your soon to be brother - in
. . . . I mean we are your dad's new business partners " I state simply.
" it's Ellie "
She looks at me pouting the elevator was about to close so I put my foot on the line to stop it .
" Ellie . . . what a beautiful name " I compliment, like I don't already know her name.
" can I come in the elevator " she asks shyly, Christopher tucked his hands into his pants pocket walking out the elevator.
" I'll take the stairs " he says and really headed toward the stairs.

I try rush after him nudging her in the elevator then press the top floor button inside
" you can go see your dad now " I said as the elevator closed and then breathed a sigh of relief.
" really the stairs ? " I ran after him to see him five floors down.

" I just feel uneasy so I'm burning it out on the stairs and you get to join me " I say as we walk down the stairs.
" because you like her " he asks.
I turn to look at him stopping mid-stair.
" I do not like her or feel anything for her I don't even know her I just met her today so cool your bee's wax " I boom
" that's what they all say " Matthew twitched his lips to the side
" what ever you're mumbling there better be good and not annoying like everything you think and say"
" who's fault is that ? " Matthew bellowed he was pointing fingers .

" you like telling people the truth about their life well let me tell you something bro . . . . what's happening to you right know is the effect of true love at first sight . . . . what would happen when you both share true love's kiss " He teased and I groan saying.
" what do I have to do to get away from you Matthew " Matthew chuckles hard as what I said was in a way ironic, he was about to speak when I sigh and jump of the stairs , the stairs were built in a square pattern I just jumped the rail protect falling down the floors till I would eventually hit the bottom.
Matthew's pov
" ! ! ! ! "
My brother was a hooligan when he wanted to be but I wasn't ready to try what he would survive without pulling a muscle, I would surely go splat and die immediately.
I wouldn't wait to hit the floor before I purposely give myself a heart attack that way I'd already be dead before I hit the grand floor.
" Vice President Lin " I looked at my brother's secretary as I came out of the elevator.
I had changed my mind from the stairs to the elevator.
" where is my brother ? " I asked .
" he left twenty minutes ago and told me to tell you to check your email "
check my email ? !!!! , I bring out my phone and saw 3 emails.
" one , avoid me for the next 24 hours "
" two , don't call my phone either "
"three , stay away from my mansion "

Ben's pov
I was overjoyed when I heard Mr Lin's offer , my Ellie would be so secure with him after all she didn't have to be happy with him because in this time of time in life there was no love and it would be good to have her secure with a rich man like president Lin although with his reputation Ellie would just have to adjust to it and it would be good for the company too .
the only problem would be breaking it to Ellie to understand and accept , I only have her best interest in mind and nothing more and as a father I am I knew she would be safe , she's the only reminder I have of her mother before she passed away in giving her life I believe her mother still lives in her and I would do anything for. her everything I do is for her and I hope it goes well when I break the news I hate seeing my Ellie hurt she would never forgive but I do what I must for her and the company .
" daddy !! " I was deep in thought when she barged in and I force a smile on my face " can you believe those guys are so stupid they left the elevator and took the stairs . . . . especially president Lin he's acting " I hear her talking and talking like she always does with that cute pout of hers and her huffing .
" I hear you dear can you . . . . " I was going to tell her to go home when it dawned on me I hadn't taken her around like I promised and since this was going to be the only day plus tomorrow I was going to see her I take her out and take her shopping . leaving the company early irked me but a father's got to do what a father's got to do , hopefully when we get home and I break the news she take it calmly like the good girl I raised and took care of . . . . who am I kidding , she'll cry her eyes out if possible and I would feel so bad but it all for good and as a father I'll have to do what's right for my daughter
" nanny ! " I hear Ellie call excitedly with all the shopping bags in her hands
