Isaac's POV
Dinner with the Keene's was lively and eventful. But, something was off with Celeste. She kept glancing at me after her return from the restroom. A bit more standoffish too. It must be the teenage hormones sending her emotions all over the place. I'll see her Friday night. I planned it that way on purpose. January sixth will be the first full moon after her birthday, and she will have her first shift. I can't talk to her before hand, because I have work that is calling me out of the city. It seems many of my clients are coming from out of town and some from out of the state. The ones from out of state offer me a small fortune for my services.
As I was laying down about to doze off my phone buzzed with a text message. I looked and was surprised at the sender.
