I was not able to attend the hearing with this new bullsh*t story. Derrick was the one assigned to walk Max in and out of the courthouse. He didn't like the idea of leaving his weapon with Chris. Even though he was on protective duty he wasn't a cop or a court officer. I made him give me updates every hour. 'Nothing yet' was his response until three o'clock. The Judge had made everyone wait all day to hear the 'new' evidence. Even though Derrick was not allowed to record he did it anyway.
