I woke up early to help Lita with the kitchen. Last night she wasn’t feeling too well. I told her I would take her to the hospital or ask the Alpha so the doctor can come and see her, but she declined. She said it was just a small headache and a little shortness of breath, but that she was fine. Plus she didn’t want to worry Yashira after what happened with her parents.
I walk back to the kitchen after taking an order and see Lita leaning against the counter with her eyes closed. I walk closer to her and kiss the top of her head.
“You need to sit. I’m sure Yashira wouldn’t mind coming in to work early” I tell her.
