I shifted to my wolf Shadow and followed her. I watched as she put her bike in the back before going into the diner only to come out a few minutes later without her bag. She starts to jog but soon after she is running as fast as she can through the forest. I can smell the saltiness of her tears which makes Shadow whimper. Her legs give out and she falls to the ground clutching her chest. I knew that the bond was affecting her. I just never thought it would affect her this much. Shadow pushes forward, pushing me back and start walking towards her. I watched as her hand goes out and she mouths ‘Stop, don’t hurt me’.
