“Jersey,” Praline suggested.
Blaise laughed, “Has a nice ring to it, but there happens to be a Jersey. I’m from there.”
“Well, then, how about New Jersey? Billy Kidd offered.
“I’m afraid that’s already taken too,” Blaise said.
“Well, for crying out loud,” Billy Kidd said.
“What’s wrong with two New Jerseys?” Stanley asked. “We can count them.”
“It would probably confuse many,” Blaise said.
“This is becoming more complicated than it has to be,” Billy Kidd said. “Since there’s already a Jersey and a New Jersey, Paradise on Earth?”
“Well, I like the place, but calling it paradise is something of a stretch.”
