But when every light exist, there is also darkness, always constantly lurking in the corners of this city. My only reason to be here tonight is not just to watch the beauties, but also the uglies that are hiding in the shadows. I want to keep this balance and hunt the evil, because even when law breakers have their own families, order must be maintained.
