After Mr. Davidson was invited back in, he discussed the details of protective custody with the two of them.
“So, you think protective custody is my best option?” Sarah asked Taylour.
“I do. Philip is going to take you to a safe house that is within an hour of Marlinsville. He and some of his Texas Ranger colleagues will take good care of you.”
The DA mentioned in their earlier meeting that Hon. Sherrie McMann felt it prudent to keep Sarah under watchful supervision, just in case.
