Taylour hung up with Mr. Cockrell and rubbed her eyes. Conversations with family members of her clients were almost always difficult, and this one was no exception. The line between providing relevant information while trying to maintain the attorney/client privilege was a balancing act that required both courage on her part and confidence that she didn't always have. Mr. Cockrell had peppered her with questions about everything, the crime scene, the murder weapon, had there been any witnesses, what is the disposition of the district attorney, is there anyone else with a motive. All reasonable questions, but all ones that she did not have the answers to nor could she speculate.
