Rejection to Running Away?

School

"HEY b***h, GET UP YOUR LATE FOR SCHOOL" yells my dad stomping up the stairs. He yanks my door and it slams against the wall. He yanks me out of bed and slams me into the wall. "YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR LATE TO SCHOOL," he yells in my face. I hold in my tears and my screams because they only make him angrier. He slaps my face as hard as he can and throws me into my dresser and he leaves. I get up slowly addressing my wounds. I get dressed in my black jean and a black hoodie like I do everyday. I go to my bathroom and cover my bruised face with some makeup. Now I'm walking to school like I have done for the past 5 years.

FLASHBACK(some triggering stuff happens)

My mom, my best friend Ansley, alpha daughter, and I are out for a lunch picnic by the pack boarders. I found it weird that my mom brought us here but I didn't say anything about it. She looks at me and says "I'm sorry your life is about to change for the worst but I need to get away for here." I said, "what are you talking about?" All she said was, "I need you to know I love you so much and I'm sorry." Then out of nowhere rouges we're attacking my mom. She screams at us to run. We ran screaming for help but no one was near. Then I heard it the shot of a gun I look back and saw my best friend bleeding out and my mom wasn't growling or anything. I started crying. Then my dad and the alpha appeared and started yelling at me.

END OF FLASHBACK

Finally at school I smell the most intoxicating smell mint and ceder wood. It leads me to him, Jake Hill. He pushes me roughly into a janitors closet and he says the words I never wanted to hear. I, Jake Hill, future Alpha of the Violet Moon pack, reject you, Allison Kent, as my mate and future Luna. I put my hand on my chest and then I did something he didn't expect. I, Allison Kent, of the Violet Moon pack accept your rejection. Then I walked out of the closet with my hand over my heart and went to first period.
