For the next few days the little princess decided to make the life of the dressmakers a little easier. They sometimes worked for days on the princess's special requests and almost never received any attention. Kathi had seen a beautiful flower meadow on her last trip and wanted to pick a large bouquet full of colorful flowers for her the next day. "I'm already curious whether you like them," thought Kathi.

As before, Kathi took the horse-drawn carriage ride through the forest every day. When she no longer expected to see the wondrous magical creature again, the unicorn appeared one day in the same clearing as the first time. But this time it came very close to Kathi. She could feel the stardust on her skin and smell the unicorn's unique floral scent. She was incredibly excited.

The unicorn came up to Kathi and let her stroke her. Then it knelt in front of her and let her get up on its back. Kathi was completely speechless, but happy like never before. They rode silently through the forest as if on velvet paws, wrapped in a fine silver dust. The unicorn showed the princess the Silver Lake - the secret meeting place of the unicorns. The colorful rainbow behind the lake was reflected in the water in the most beautiful colors. Kathi felt enchanted!

She understood that the ride to the secret meeting point was a great vote of confidence. She knew that she had to carefully guard and keep this secret. At that moment a deep friendship began between the two that would change the life of the princess forever.

At home in the royal palace, Kathi was hardly recognized. The servants and employees were just amazed. Kathi had lost her bad mood. Suddenly she was very loving looking after the animals on the farm and had become polite and nice to the employees.

Of course, the king also noticed the change in his daughter. He smiled and was proud of her. Now he knew that one day his beloved girl would become a good and warm queen! "Almost like magic ..." he thought to himself and smiled gently in the direction of the forest clearing!
