Fiona’s POV
I was sleeping calmly in my bed when I got disturbed by some sounds. I rubbed my eyes looking here and there but no one was there only Edmund was sleeping beside me. I was about to lay down when I again heard the choice of throwing something.
Suddenly my eyes landed on the curtains and I saw a reflection and I murmured, “Ohh s**t. Thief.”
I lay down hiding behind Edmund and poked his arms whispering, “Edmund?” but he engulfed me in his arms and I slapped his arm saying, “Wake up, Edmund.”
He opened his eyes and he looked at me asking, “What happened?”
I pointed my finger to the curtain saying, “See, someone is there.” and he turned around to see but there was none.
He looked at me and made me lay down with him saying, “No one is there, Sophia. Please sleep.” and he slept
