“Man, this is even worse than I thought.” Elisa giggles, covering her face with her hands. What even is this plot? What’s this thing called?”
“Plan 9 from Outer Space,” I reply. “It’s so bad it’s funny.”
“Well, it’s so bad,” she agrees.
I reach across the sofa to where she’s leaning against the opposite arm and run my fingertip down her back, ruffling the fabric of her tee shirt clear down the waistband of the matching shorts.
She shivers.
“Cold, Elisa? Those pajamas don’t look too cozy.”
She looks at me consideringly. I smirk.
“I’m a bit chilly, yes. What do you suggest? Are you going to raise the thermostat?”
