THIRD PERSON
“I can’t, please, oh my god” Delilah moaned as Alex’s hands continued to roam her body. Ollie carried on pumping his fingers, ignoring Delilah’s begs for mercy.
2 months earlier.
It was a Monday morning, frosty to be exact. Delilah was getting ready for her first day at a new job, as a personal assistant at one of the top law firms in the state, Russo’s Law Firm. Run by the famous Alex Russo.
She wore a black, body hugging knee length dress, with long grey boots. Hair pulled back into a neat but messy bun (the girls will know what I mean).
Delilah wasn’t rich, she needed the job. The ride to the office was long, and hot while on the public bus. She had to walk the rest of the way as it was way too fancy to have a bus stop outside, she was met by the doorman, next to the line of sleek sports cars (clearly out of her depth pay wise).
“Can I help you miss?” She glanced up, did she look too out of place to be here?
“I’m here to see Mr Russo, it’s my first day” Delilah stuttered out, wondering if her nerves were showing in her voice.
“Ahh, no problemo Miss Delilah, Mr Russo briefed me on your new position here. Please, if you’ll follow me”
He guided her through the marble lobby, and gestured her into the elevator where he pressed the top floor button for her before leaving her alone.
Delilah travelled up to the penthouse office suite, the strong smell of cigarettes and expensive suits growing stronger. As she exited, she was met by a man, 6’5 with dark hair and dark eyes. She glanced at him as they made eye contact before she quickly looked away and knocked onto the large oak doors.
“Come in” a husky voice replied, she pushed open the doors.
DELILAH POV
As I stepped inside, the smell was even stronger, drawing me in as if it was done on purpose. I glanced up and met eyes with a man, similar sort of build as the man outside, however it was harder to tell as he was sat down.
“Hello sir, my name is Delilah Lyrell, it’s nice to meet you” I said, hoping I sounded friendly enough. But to be honest with you, the only reply I seemed to get was a grunt, unsure if it was positive or negative. After a few seconds he finally said, “your office is outside and to the right, you’ll find it. If not ask Ollie.” I nodded away, wanting to seem independent on my first day, before pausing “umm.. sir? Who’s Ollie?” Omg, does that sound stupid of me? Please say it doesn’t.
“The guard outside” he answered gruffly, “and call me Alex, or Mr Russo. None of this ‘sir’ stuff”
I freeze “yes sir, I mean Alex”
I scurry out, before I can make another fool of myself, I find Ollie, who kindly shows me to my office where I can set up.
ALEX’S POV
Her smell hit me before she even fully opened the door, fresh summery flower type thing. God she looks so innocent, how am I going to work with her.
After she leaves, I pick up my phone and call in Ollie, my guard who also happens to be my half brother. As he enters, I mutter “what do you think of the new assistant?” He replies “she seems sweet enough, but maybe too innocent to work here with you and me?” I grunt in response and shoo him away with my hand, my eyes not leaving my computer.
