Chapter 3

Trisha : I woke up with the irritating sound of the alarm clock. I groan and reach for it and then I realized it was ten in morning. Yesterday Me and Renee decided to head to our beach Holiday today at 11. She will be here any minute and if she sees I am not yet ready, I will not get to live to see another day. Not that she will really kill me, but she will kick my ass. Renee hates to be late, and I hate getting up early on Weekends. I decided to quickly get ready and headed straight for shower. I finished a quick shower like a really five minutes shower and ran back to my wardrobe to get my clothes. I changed into a blue denim Shorts and Black crop top. Sometimes I realized 80 percent of my wardrobe is black. I chuckled at that thought and grabbed my backpack and packed my favorite Red bikini, a sarong to go with it and 1 more pair of shorts and a White Top. I throw in some toiletries, and a pair of flip flops. Then I headed straight to my dressing table and started drying my hair. When I finished drying them, I Quickly blew them in some loose curls, applied some Mascara and my favorite nude mat lipstick. Once I was satisfied with my look, I wore one of my flat footwear, grabbed my backpack, my phone, my purse with some cash and cards in it and ran down the stairs. Once I reached the door it started ringing and I knew who it could be. Renee is never late. Like never. I opened the gate and met with excited Renee jumping like a 5-year-old. Sometimes I find it really kiddish. She is so excited for this Girly Weekend plan. Once she finished with jumping around, we headed straight to her car. We drove to this beautiful Small town 3 hours away from us, it's famous for its beautiful natural beaches. I remember going there once with my parents in my high school. I immediately fell in love with that Place. I am looking forward to having some fun with my best friend. Since she and Roland started dating, we get very less chances to plan things alone. This time we decided to ditch Roland and go just two of us. Poor Roland. We kept talking about random things the entire drive. Renee told me about this beautiful dress she bought for our office party, which reminds me I entirely forget about that party. With that thought my mind again drifted back to that handsome man from the club last night, I started imagining how it will be to look into those deep mysterious eyes one more time. I cannot believe myself, why can't I stop thinking about him. It feels like he put a spell on me with just his eyes. I did not realize I was spacing out till Renee stopped the car. We already reached our resort. Renee opened her door and got down and I did the same. Once I came out of the car, I realized it is a beautiful resort which is connected to the beach. Once the sea breeze hit me, I immediately felt relaxed and serene. For me there is nothing like a beautiful beach. I can spend days here and will not get bored. Sometimes I want to go to some beach town, open my small restaurant which serves All kinds of coffee and pastries and just live my life there. But I guess I will keep that plan for later in my life. After all, I enjoy my City job and my life there. Renee grabbed my hand and we headed straight to resort reception. We were greeted by a very polite blonde who showed us our room. Our room was beach facing with a beautiful spacious balcony. I already love this place. They have these comfortable beanbags and a small glass table in between. I already decided to spend our evening here. With this view I can spend the whole night on one of the beanbags just watching the sea and listening to the sound of waves. It is like music to my ears. Once we Settled in, we decided to change and headed to the beach.
