Chapter Twenty
Quinn froze as her eyes locked onto his. “You're back?”
Aiden's brown eyes flickered into her warm golden green eyes. His hair was scattered with loose strands falling against his face, his clothes were covered with what looked like sweat.
A gasp left her mouth as she saw a stain of blood.“What happened?”
He didn't respond, just stumbled a few steps closer, his body staggering but not enough, to make him fall.
Aiden only wanted to protect Quinn but when she refused to listen, he drowned himself in alcohol and ended up getting into a fight.
