LIVING HER BEST LIFE

She manages to live her life at the fullest. After that painful past, she thinks she needed more time to feel refreshed and relax. She went to one of the most famous islands in the Philippines, which is Siargao. It's a good place for her to heal. She went there all by herself. Her family supports her all the way to reduce the heartbreak she felt for such a long time. She went to the airport with a heart full of life from all the experiences she'd been through. It took her an hour to get there. When she arrives there, she feels happy it's been such a long time since she took herself on a nice trip. She thinks she deserves to have it after all. She was invested in her job, health and in him for the longest time. The island was a dream place for her to be. It's a tear-drop shaped island which reminds her of all the tears she had to take just by loving someone too much. Right away, she was amazed by its beauty. The cool beaches, fresh air, lush green coconut trees, stunning lagoons, delicious foods, and some of the world's best waves to surf. It was a breathtaking view and she didn't even bother to regret staying there. It is indeed a hidden paradise that she will surely enjoy for weeks. She immediately checks in at one of the hostels there. She is very glad that while she's there she can still continue doing her job. For her, being in that place would give her more inspiration to write meaningful articles. She gets her laptop with her after arranging her things. She ordered a mango shake while enjoying the ocean. There are so many locals in the area. She even heard that the place will give you a kind of vibe that will invite your soul and heart to stay there for a while. And she wants to know if it's really true. For the time being, she enjoyed herself. She never bothers to remember her life in the city. She reflected on all those things that had happened to her. When, all of a sudden, there was a man who approached her. At first, she doesn't seem comfortable, but later on, she realizes that she went there to have fun. He talks to him casually. They enjoyed their conversation and lasted until nighttime. They both laugh when they realize that it was already time for dinner. He invited her to come with him and eat at one of the best restaurants there. They ate delicious seafood fresh from the sea. The man whose name is Blake also asks her to go to a party with him later that night. Aside from the beauty of the place, the night life there is something that the people who go there enjoy. That whole day makes her forget everything. She really had a good time with this man. They easily feel comfortable with each other. That night, she was wasted. They both partied all night, drinking beers, and talking silly things. There's no ounce of memories that she even remembered with her first love, Jim. Blake is such a fun dude to be with. He's handsome, a gentleman, tall, strong, fun to be with and has a good sense of humor. He makes things light for Beige even though he just met her that day. He's a happy go lucky guy. He loves to meet people, but no one caught his attention yet, not until he met Beige. He has his own coffee shop. He mentioned that to Beige while having their conversation. She told him about her love for cappuccino and he smilingly said to her that one of these days he would make her the most special cappuccino coffee made by him. Beige just laughed it off. The night is still young for the two of them. The music gave them more reason to seize the night. When, all of a sudden, the dj of the bar played sentimental songs. Beige, who is tipsy, already pauses and memories of Jim flash again. She can't seem to forget him even though she has already decided to let go of him. She is still haunted by those good times that she had with him. For her, no one could replace him in her life. That even though she had already decided to close that chapter of her life with him. She is still missing him. But she knows, she can't have him back. She was about to open her phone and stalked Jim again but Blake held her hands and danced with her. She was crying emotionally and Blake saw how hard it was for her. He realizes that this woman he hangs out with is broken, trying to fix herself from that painful past. Their lips were about to meet. Blake was too stunned to see her kissable lips. He was trying to calm himself away from her. He just finds her very cute. Later that night, when the party was over, he gave her a cup of noodles to ease her hang over. There she opened up everything to him. The reason she is there. The reason behind all her heartaches. The reason for her breakdown. Blake willingly listened to her. He knows that she's been through a lot to voice out all her pain to someone like him who is merely a stranger. He just hugged her so tight and kissed her forehead. He said to her that she didn't have to punish herself for a decision that changed the story of her lovelife. "If you really gave your best for that person, if you really do it out of love, then stop blaming yourself. You have done enough to lose yourself in the process," said Blake. He just took him to her room so that she could take a rest. The next day, she still feels so drunk trying to remember what happened. She asks the staff who took her to her room. She was informed that it was him who gave him good company last night. While eating her breakfast, she was thinking of what she had done. That made her feel shy right away. She sips coffee and listens to songs when Blake walks towards her. He asks her to go surfing with him. He never bothers to ask her about the story she shared. He just simply told her to enjoy that day with him. They manage to have a nice time under the sun on that very day. She laughs all day feeling delighted by the activities that they tried. They even visit some of the popular spots there. They took pictures and uploaded them online. They swim, surf, and eat. All they have to do that day is to cherish every moment. When it was evening already, they were both tired and sleepy. She went first to her room and gave him a big cute smile. His heart skips a beat seeing her do that. He knows that this woman simply caught his attention. As he scrolls his phone, he stares at their pictures together. He felt like they'd known each other for a long time. He felt that there was something about her that made her more lovable. He feels that this woman is someone who has a big heart for others. When he was about to sleep in his hammock, he thought about something and that is he wanted to know her more.
