COFFEE AND HIM MAKE THE PERFECT BLEND

It was a lovely Saturday morning. Beige is still on her bed, sleeping, when all of a sudden she hears a loud knock on her door. She is too sleepy to get up. She had no idea who it was because she wasn't expecting any visitors that day. She had no choice but to stand up and open the door for that someone. As she opens the door, she is shocked to see Blake looking so cute while bringing Beige's favorite cappuccino coffee. He enters her apartment and asks her to sit first. He asks her if it's okay to go to her kitchen. Beige can't believe what she is seeing but she allows him to do that. On the other hand, Blake is busy preparing breakfast for her. After ten minutes, he went outside with the breakfast he made for her together with the cup of coffee he brought. They shared a beautiful morning together. Beige laughed at him. She was just simply amazed by this man. She eats the meal that he prepared for her. It was her day off, so they had more time to talk about things. She even mentioned to him, that him and the coffee make the perfect blend for her day. He was happy doing those little things for her. He was kind of enjoying being with her company. But, Beige was very vocal to him that she was not in a hurry to be in a relationship once again. He understands her and tries to nourish the friendship that they both have that is starting to grow. That day was an ordinary day, but for Blake it was another valuable day spent with her. They watched movies together. It was past afternoon when Beige fell asleep again. She sleeps so well. Blake enters her room and covers her with a blanket. For a while, he stared at her. Her face looks so pretty. He couldn't help but stare at her for such a long time. He likes the idea that he is staring at an angelic face of hers. She suddenly moves. That's why he quickly goes outside. Hours had passed and he waited for her to wake up. What he did was cook dinner for her again. He enjoys doing things for her. He was about to go home when she woke up. She noticed the food that he had prepared for her again. She said to him to eat first with her before he goes. He agrees. Again, Beige smilingly told him that she really appreciated his gesture and he didn't need to do that. But, he said that he really likes doing it. Blake really has a crush on her, but she isn't serious about it for now. Beige was also happy with his company, she felt like she knew someone whom she could consider a new-found friend. It was almost nine in the evening, when the rain suddenly poured so hard. She asks him to stay for the night. Blake is a bit pleased to hear Beige's offer to him. That's why he considers staying the night since it's raining so hard, also. He told her that he could sleep on the couch while waiting for tomorrow to come. She told him to not feel shy around her and to feel comfortable while being there at her place. She takes a shower first while he is washing the dishes. She looks so fresh when she faces him again. He felt a little bit nervous. That's why he asks her if they can drink beers to ease his tension felt inside. She casually agrees with him. She gets bottles of beer from her fridge and they just continue sharing experiences while drinking. They were sitting beside each other. Until the night became so quiet and romantic. His hands suddenly caressed her face. Their eyes and lips met. The tension is great for them. They felt like they wanted to feel that night with so much passion. He kissed her romantically. He kissed her slowly with a feeling of wanting her. She didn't refuse the kiss he gave her. She answers him back and they both savor that night. She was so mesmerized by the thought of having him around. It was a night of perfect blend. The way he touches her makes her feel so precious. The way he touches her makes her feel so ecstatic. It was a long crazy night, and they both found themselves clinging to each other. The next morning, she wakes up with a hangover. She was too tired to get up. But, when she reached her dining table, there she saw a letter. Blake leaves a message for her, saying to enjoy her meal and her coffee. She smiles with a little feeling of butterflies in her stomach. While eating her sandwich, she immediately erases that thought of her being attracted to someone again. She thinks that she needs to take it easy first before allowing someone to enter into her heart again. She's been there before and losing someone you love is very difficult to take. But, deep inside of her, she knows that she's starting to like him. She just continued eating and decided to go shopping later. He tried to call her later that day, asking her what her plans were for that day. They meet each other at the grocery store. He helped her to do her errands that day. Afterwards, they went to his coffee shop. He personally made the coffee for her. He made it out of love. They both enjoyed sharing that day while waiting for the sun to set. Blake was very vocal. He seriously told her that he liked her and he was willing to court and wait for her to be ready again to fall in love. She was glad that he was willing to do these things for her, but she honestly told him that she thought it was not the right thing for her yet to commit, given her previous situation. He tried to understand her and assured her that he was more than willing to wait. She even claimed that having him around makes her days better. She also enjoyed his company and wanted to keep it that way for the time being. It was warm yet full of a sense of conversation. When it starts getting dark, he takes her home. They bid goodbye to each other. Blake was sure that one day he could have her. He is certain that he can make her fall in love with him also. He is very hopeful of the future that is about to unfold. Every day, he always rides Beige to work and fetches her after. Most of the days, he was very consistent. Every morning, he always brings his favorite coffee. It was a daily routine that he did to prove to her that he was very serious about having her as his girlfriend. Even though he was also busy in his own shop, he never failed to be there for her all the time. Sometimes he randomly sends her flowers. Beige appreciated all his efforts to make her days happier and better. She must admit that for months she felt really special. He's been treating her like he has her already. He is showing her that she is more than worthy of being loved. Little by little, she learned to care for him also. She is also used now to having him around. She is quite unsure of her future, but she is certain that one day she will love someone who deserves her heart. That one day, she will be brave enough to conquer her life choices. That one day, she will be ready to take risks so that she won't regret anymore just like what happened to her years ago.
