After that interaction, they often see each other after their shift ends. They feel so comfortable talking. It seems that they enjoy each other’s company. One night, they eat outside. The owner of the stall said to them that they looked good together. She even asks if they are lovers. The two of them immediately deny it. Afterwards, they decided to stroll in the street with some beautiful lights from the park near the river. It was a simple but full of night moments. They talked about their personal lives and aspirations they want to commit someday. They are both impressed by their perseverance and resilience in making all their dreams possible. They both challenge each other, who among the two of them will attain it first. They both look up at the sky full of stars. They both promise to themselves that they will achieve those goals no matter what happens. They even made a pinky promise. That’s when their friendship started to grow. That’s when the feelings of Jim for Beige started to sail. He stared at her with so much admiration. How could a girl like her look so cool, pretty and amazing at the same time? Beige shows a big broad smile to Jim, a woman with so much positivity in her soul. It was past ten in the evening when they both noticed that it was already a little too late. They just continue walking until they reach the bus stop. But, that night was so special that even Beige didn’t want to end it. There are already three buses that pass by but she didn’t go inside even though it was empty. She asks Jim if he also feels like not going home yet. Jim was pleased to know that Beige felt the same way. They just continue their conversation while laughing together about all the silly jokes Jim said to her. They didn’t bother about the time. For them, during that time, what matters most is the time they spent. It was a magical night with growing feelings about to spark from them. It was an enchanting night. Jim decided to buy two bottles of beer, with still so many stories to share. Until, out of nowhere, he asks Beige if he will court her. Maybe in the future, “Will you agree?” Beige just smiled again and said, let’s see. Beige was very tired and decided to ride the next bus that really passed by. Beige was inside already; she waved to him. He was deeply happy to spend time with her. He feels like he wants to protect and love her. He went home to his house. They both can’t stop thinking towards each other when they are about to sleep. It was a day full of sense, inspiration and happiness. It might be an ordinary day for others, but for them it was something worthwhile.
