Ethan’s POV
We returned to the palace and I found the guards around being tripled. That was when I knew that we had been compromised.
I nodded to the witch before zipping away from her. If she was caught then it was on her. I was going to be on my merry way to my own apartment, however when I got close to the apartment, I found a strange figure standing before my door.
I stopped and started to walk slowly towards him.
His giant frame being impossible to miss out on.
He turned to see me coming and he looked at my outfit before raising a brow.
“Alpha,” I said awkwardly at him.
“I am your brother you know,” he sighed. “I am not some random man from another family.”
I didn’t say anything as I looked at the hidden and dark places to see guards standing on alert. This had me on edge.
