Dahnya’s POV: Levi pulls out of the parking lot, and we drive away. We exit the city limits and head south. We pass red barns and ranches along the way, as well as a small town. He glances over at me and says that we are nearly there. I simply swallow and nod. Levi takes a right off the highway and drives along a gravel road. He stops in front of a wooded area and turns off the ignition. He comes to my side of the truck and gently grabs me by the hand. The tingles are strong; I feel them even through my gloved hand. Could he be telling the truth? “Okay, it’s now or never,” he smiles as he says it. “You sit on that bench over there, and I will show you.” Show me what, exactly? I wonder to myself.
