“No, I don't want to go out!”
I said to Celina, my best friend. Who's been trying to convince me to go to a party.
“And why is that? I'm only trying to help you babe”
She kept on pestering me.
“What do I get from a bunch of drunk men and loud music?”
I was also trying to let her see that parties are pointless, so she'll let me be.
“Did I tell you my brother will be there?”
She said this with a wild facial expression that I blushed”
“Yeah yeah, I got you”
She laughed at me.
I felt shy and smiled.
“30 minutes, that's all’
She jumped on me and I could see how happy she was. Celina has never been sad or boring since I've known her. She is a complete opposite of me.
I wore a Baggy shirt and Skinny jeans.
“Where do you think you're going dressed like that shawty?”
Celina called from behind.
She went to my wardrobe and searched thoroughly. After a few minutes she picked a blue dress.
“Put this on, it'll be better, it's time you free those boobs”
She smirked.
I wore the dress and matched it with high heels. I walked slowly, trying to balance myself as I'm not used to high heels.
We used the back door to avoid my parents as they will not approve of me going out dressed this way.

“Look, Up there! That's Aaron”
Celina had to shout over the loud music”
“I don't care!” I waved her off.
A guy came to our table and hugged Celina. He shook hands with me.
“Jodi, this is Thomas, my date”
“You didn't tell me, you'll be having a date”
“Of course, I'll be having a date, so are you. I talked to Aaron and he likes you”
I looked at her in forced anger and replied.
“I never told you I liked him”
“I don't mind, she could as well join us” Thomas interrupted, with a wild facial expression.
He looks like a spoiled rich child, he's fat and clumsy.
“Join what?” I replied sharply, getting really furious now.
“Do not mind him, he's only joking” Celina quickly cut in and dragged me by my arm away from him.
“I'm not joking!”
I heard him shout behind us.
“Why did you bring me here to get insulted by that fat ugly guy?” I asked furiously.
“I haven't met him until now, we've been talking on i********: for months, trust me, I was expecting someone else,” she replied, worried.
“Celina!”
Someone called from behind, I was ready to turn and shout at him. I thought it was Thomas. Turning around, I saw Aaron. My secret crush.
“Sorry” I said solemnly.
“For?” He looked at me, confused. His eyes were deep blue and his gaze came down on me with a heavy force I couldn't fathom. I gulped the remaining drink left in my cup at once. I felt awkward.
“Aaron, this is Jodi.” Celina cut in and saved me from my awkwardness.
“Hi, Jodi” he flashed his teeth and I saw white and slightly longer canine as though he was in his werewolf form. He extended his hand and I took it. His grip was firm and he didn't release my hand as quickly as I had expected.
Celina coughed and he released my hand. His eyes are still staring into my soul.
“I'll leave you two, I have a date” she disappeared into the crowd.
I felt like running after her, I found Aaron intoxicating. My whole body is dying to have him. But I'm not even ready, my virginity is for my soul mate, I'd like to keep it that way.
Well, unless he….
“What are you thinking?” Aaron touched my arm, his palm was huge and warm.
“Sorry” I replied mildly, I didn't know I've been lost in my thoughts all along.
“Let's go to my spot, it's a little bit private than here”
He took my hand and I followed, the crowd were clearing off the road for us, it felt good. He's an alpha and I'm getting a part of the respect bestowed on him.
“Sit here, I'll get some drinks, what do you want?”
“Juice is fine” I replied, looking down to avoid eye contact with him.
“No, you're not drinking juice in here”
I watched him go off to get me a drink.
“Girl, how are you holding up?” My heart froze as I wasn't expecting anyone was present in the room. Celina's head popped out from behind a curtain.
“How long have you been in there?” I fumed.
“I couldn't resist,” she replied with a smile on her face.
“It's not funny!” I almost screamed at her.
“Someone's coming” she said and went into the curtains again.
“Were you speaking to someone?” Aaron asked sniffing and looking around.
“No! I replied sharply”
His senses are sharper than mine, obviously. I do not care much if he realizes. It's his sister anyways. Celina is a kind of friend who pushes you into trouble and still looks out for you.
A soft tap on my shoulder brought me back to the present.
“What were you thinking?” He asked with an interesting look.
“Sorry, nothing” I gestured as he passed me the drink he had brought.
He placed his hand on my lap and I almost spilled my drink in awe. It seems quick and unexpected. I felt a little uncomfortable.
I find him so attractive that I couldn't resist his touch. I still want to keep my virginity for my mate. It's the least I could do as a bride.
“Stop,” I said gently and held his hand in protest. It was obvious I was giving in. I tried to put more effort into resisting him.
“I'm not going to force you but I know you want it.” he said as he ran his fingers slowly around my lap.
This flared me up a little bit because he's insinuating I want it. Well, I do want him but not when he's cocky about it. I gently slid out my claws, I will scratch him if he continues.
“Aaron, stop!” I said, a bit louder now and he moved back.
“Has Celina ever told you I've been crushing on you for some time now?”
“No,” I replied. I was a bit surprised.
“Why do you think she brought us together?” he continued.
I frowned, a bit upset.
“This girl is always up to something” I thought.
“Jodi I really like you” he said and held my two hands in his large palms.
I stood there, speechless and couldn't move. I'm a bit skeptical.
“What if he's saying these because he wants to sleep with me?”
“Please, Let me love you” he continued.
He's convincing me now. I still held my ground but he moved his face close to mine and kissed me.
