"Donny, calm down. This is Agent Jones," Lizzie retorted, hands on her hips, "and I'm helping hide him from some major s**t that went down up in Chicago."
"Agent Jones..." Donny blinked rapidly. "The kid from the Academy?"
"Yeah," she said, moving past him to help Jones to his feet.
"Come on, both of you. Let's get to the kitchen so we can get an ice pack on that eye of his, and I can fill you in on what's been going on around here," she snarled, and shot Donny a look that very plainly said we are so having a conversation about this later.
